A figure made out of dreams and young imagination
A mirage created by too much exposure to movies and television
You moved in a realm beyond sense,
Beyond logic.
Beyond anything ordinary.
But that glamour has gave way now.
Time has ripped that veil off cleanly
Now I see the truth:
You're human.
Just like the rest of us.
Just another dot in the 8 billion
Just another set of skin and bones
