Matthew floated there, backing away on his cloud. With a face of pure shock. The mother fucking fourth hokage. The man, the myth, the legend. The guy who he blatantly copied with the flying raijin. Who has surprising blonde hair which made the golden flash name make sense. He was also the man who he punched for grabbing his arm.

‘Wait is this technically treason since I punched a hokage? Even a dead one? Actually what laws does this even fall in?’ Matthew thought as he lowered the cloud while the 4th stood up while glaring at matthew. “Why are you trying to remove the kyuubi seal!?” the hokage yells to matthew

“I wasn’t trying to remove it. Modify yes but not remove. Not sure what would happen to my kid if it’s removed." Matthew got more of a battle position by crouching down while having his arms near his legs. He didn’t have his normal seals on his body since this wasn’t his real body but with chakra he should be able to get his weapons.

“Your son? What do you mean by that? Naruto isn’t your son he-” “DA HELL YA SAY! "Matthew's sudden yell actually made the hokage step back. “I WILL HAVE YOU KNOW THAT LITTLE BALL OF ENERGY IS MINE! I GOT THE FUCKIN PAPERWORK TO PROVE IT!”

“W-what you adopted naruto.” the 4th froze at Matthew's words. He was unsure how he felt. Suddenly thoughts filled his mind. What happened for the third to allow the man to adopt naruto? Which of course turned into his question “what happened after i sealed the kyuubi!”

“Hell if i really know.” Matthew said “The main thing I know is I found Naruto under a tree crying. Took him in soon after. Found out the village hated him so i scared the fuckers away.” ‘They did what?’ the kage thought in confusion. He was supposed to be a hero to the village. The one that bore the burden of the village by housing the kyuubi.

“What.” the blonde haired man said quietly “WHAT DID THEY DO TO MY SON!” the man screamed at matthew. This did make naruto who was hiding under kurama ear pop up at that. 

“Your son what do you-” ‘blonde hair, blue eyes. Motive being giving his all including son to protect the village. . . holy fuck “i adopted the pervious hokage’s kid!?!” This made Matthew chakra disrupt and the cloud he formed dispersed so he fell to the ground. “God damn im dumb! How didn’t I- oh wait I wasn't born here.” suddenly any guilt he had vanished as he remembered this is actually the first time he’s seen the fourth hokage.

“Actually, how hasn’t anyone else figured this out? Fuckin hell yall are basically twins,” no longer weary matthew actually walked up to the forth. While observing him and looking him over. It wasn’t exact but he hasn’t seen anyone in this village with similar hair to these two at all as Matthew was doing this the kage was suddenly knocked over with a surprised head butt from … their? Son. Naruto began asking millions of questions at once to his new- no un old- no that doesn't work either. First dad? Imma just go with that.

Matthew had a sweat drop at their kid before he helped the kage up. “Alright man. Kinda like Naruto. I have some questions. Mainly what for well.” matthew waved his arm at the seal “this”

“I kinda know the public story with you supposedly killing kurama” this made a ? appeared above the kage’s head but Matthew continued “but i've known now that you just sealed him in naruto for a while now. So this brings the point of how all this happened and why." Matthew scratched his head. This mystery is bugging him deeply and now he just wants answers.

The lore dump that came after however was… not what Matthew expected. It actually made steam fill the room as naruto got more and more confused. A mask man with a sharingan came and tore kurama out of the kage’s wife and naruto mom, kushina. Attacked the village by controlling kurama. When the kage got to that part kurama actually went on to complain about the uchiha’s. To stop kurama he and kushina who somehow haven't died yet but did when kurama stabbed both of them. But together they sealed kurama into naruto. Matthew's reaction to all of this?
