It has been one month since Naruto's new genetics. So far mostly peaceful besides naruto learning how to properly control his new kekkei genkai. M’s seals and weapons have been thriving in konoha with its prices and being made by Matthew, one of the only seal masters in the village.

There have been some dumbasses that have tried to attack Matthew and the shop. Specifically and in matthew’s words “some mask fuckers who wouldn’t talk. Had black robes on but couldn’t tell anything else.” but were kicked out by either seals or by matthew. It was actually the first time naruto saw matthew fight where barely moved to dodge attacks and hit specific points on he person body with his cane. After he knocked them out he just simply tossed them out onto the streets.

Accidentally that lit a fire in naruto to get Matthew to train him. He was already going to but wanted to wait till he's in the academy to begin. However he’s still weak to puppy dog eyes. Which began naruto light training.

However something interesting has happened. They have been invited by the hokage for dinner! Matthew has no idea why but finds it cool he’s becoming so prominent in the village. Naruto just thinks it’s awesome to see the person he wants to take the job from. Which leads to them now getting ready, which is uh…

“Naruto we need to get the yukata on!” Matthew was running after naruto. Well at least trying to cause him to lose the ability to run. Which made naruto stick his tongue at matthew and ran away some more.

“I swear if this came from my genes i feel bad for my parents” my mumbled to himself before yelling “EITHER YOU GET THIS YUKATA ON OR I TELL TEUCHI TO NEVER GIVE YOU RAMEN TILL YOUR LIVING ON YOUR OWN!” Of course this changed naruto's tune about the yukata in a hurry as he ran back. Quickly Matthew put the yukata on naruto which was a bit of a hassle. Naruto didn’t really like the yukatas cause they didn’t have a bright orange one. He and his dad got black one’s. Matthew being a special ordered one that had green, blue, and red stars across it while naruto had one with a sliver waterfall across the back.

“Alright little one. We shouldn’t try to keep the hokage waiting. I'm really not sure if it’s treason or not if we don’t go.” he really wasn’t. But he just could not read the law books without falling asleep one chapter in. ‘Maybe I should make an auto-read or knowledge seal. Wasn’t there a clan around here that used mind techniques?’

The two began the journey that night to the hokage personal home. It was surprising on the other side of the village. A random thing to note is that the whole village has stopped the stares. While there were exceptions, Matthew facing the village head on has stopped them from openly hating naruto. Along with the fact nearly every ninja in the village was coming to Matthew's shop and giving them a more positive look within konoha despite the hatred from the demon thing matthew still doesn’t understand.

Arriving in front of a building Matthew made sure Naruto and him looked alright before knocking on the door. Soon someone came and answered it. He had black hair and a beard, With his tan skin you’d figured he’s from the stone village and of course he was smoking. His outfit was the jonin attire but he had stash around his waist. 

Matthew first say’s “ah howdy. Um im not sure if this is right but i received this letter saying the hokage wanted to invite us to dinner?” Matthew pulled out a letter from within his yukata sleeve. Naruto just kinda stands awkwardly to Matthew's side, playing with his yukata.

The man took the letter before looking over it. He then proceeded to yell inside “DAD DID YOU FORGET TO TELL ME WERE HAVING GUEST!” Soon an elderly voice from inside “YEAH” this made the man rub his eyes. “Of course he did. Probably told every guard except his son.” the man grumbled.
