Miller: Now, why would she say that? She might be a spy!
Weiss: That is a big possibility.
Miller: The head of the FBI at that time, Edgar Hoover... he was a well known racist. Didn't Naomi say that her father was Japanese?
Snake: Yeah...
Miller: Well back then there wasn't a single Asian investigator. Also, in the 1950's the undercover mafia sting operations hadn't even started yet. They first started in 1960... in Chicago, not New York.

He appeared with his Gatling gun.
Raven: My ravens tell me, you are warriors worth fighting!
The ravens fly around and caw.
Blake: Is this even ... real?
Raven: Now come! LET'S GO!
He begins to fire as you all separate!
Snake: At this point, we have to split up.
(Y/N): Right!
Ruby: Sounds good!
Raven kept firing, hoping to lure you guys out, and well, this lead to-
(Y/N): HA!
You hit him with a fireball!
Raven: That was a good maneuver, but I'm still going to prevail! DIE!!!
He shot again, only for-
He got shot by Team RWBY!
Raven was getting annoyed and tries to attack again, only to be blasted by an RPG from Snake!
Raven kept up his attacks, but you all used your skills to outmaneuver him, and then-
(Y/N): GOT YOU!
You slashed him!
Raven: Just as the Boss said... it is my existence which is no longer needed in this world.
A raven then lands on his shoulder.
Raven: But my body will not remain in this place. My spirit and my flesh will become one with the ravens. In that way I will return to Mother Earth who bore me. My spirit will be watching you... understand?
He then hands over a security card.
(Y/N): Why are you-
Raven: You all beat me. Now go do battle with the Boss. I will be watching. But first, you should know the man you saw die wasn't the DARPA Chief.
Everyone: WHAT?!
Raven: That was one of my comrades, Decoy Octopus. He was a master of disguise. He copied his subjects down to the blood. So he drained the Chief's blood and took it into himself.
Snake: Why did he go that far to impersonate the Chief?
Raven: That's all I have to say, you have to figure out the rest on your own.
He then fell down as all of his ravens begin to swarm him, and then-
