Ever since Weil had taken up leadership of Neo Arcadia, the once peaceful "utopia" has now become even worse. Weil is a vicious dictator keeping his people suppressed. As such, many of the humans have begun to evacuate out of the city.
One group is heading out themselves.

Neige (Leader of a group of humans who have escaped from Neo Arcadia!)
Escapee: Neige! They're on to us!
Neige: I know, I know! But this is as fast as it goes!
As Weil's minions land on the truck, they're soon met with someone appearing before them.

They then aim their weapons only for you to slash them up!
(Y/N): Okay! Time to make sure that these guys are secure.
You then get a call.

Ciel: (Y/N), are the people on the Caravan still safe?
(Y/N): Seems like it Ciel. How are the others?

Zero: Well, the fight isn't over yet. Something's coming out of the sand.

Blake: Look, even if it is true. Copy X had to be stopped.
(Y/N): So, Weil is really showing his true self.
Leviathan: I say about time.
Neige: The humans are afraid of being "removed" if they oppose Weil, so he rules unchecked. As long as they stay quiet, they stay safe... But who knows how long before Weil decides to get rid of them too. That's why we've fled from that place. We're heading for the Settlement in Area Zero.
(Y/N): Then let us come!
Neige: Hmph, most of the Resistance has Reploids, so they're not welcome. Only humans.
Zero: What's that supposed to mean?
Neige: The Settlement is full of people who were caught up in the Reploid war, so they don't take to kindly to Reploids. Humans aren't as strong or friendly as you might think. I won't tell them that you guys were involved with Copy X's death though.
She takes off.

Blake seemed quiet.
Blake: So, it's just like back at home.
(Y/N): You mean with the White Fang?
Blake: Yes. The humans here are against the Reploids.
Ruby: And we've been fighting with the Resistance because of what Neo Arcadia is doing to Reploids.
Ciel: Are we doing the right thing?
Zero: We need to make small steps; they'll change their mind, hopefully.
Harpuia: Change doesn't happen fast. But they'll see it another way. Why do you think they left in the first place?
