An Apology

"Everyday I just wanted to hear her actual voice. See her honey colored eyes, or see her blush when I told her how much I love her." Ikuto looked directly into the camera and smiled making Amu blush immensely. "Amu sorry for making you wait. I love you! Now if everyone will excuse me. I have a plane to catch!!" Ikuto said as he handed the microphone back to the news lady and dashed off. Amu stood there. Where was Ikuto going? Was he going to go on his tour still? Amu frowned and sat down the couch eating chocolate after chocolate. When Utau, Rima, and Yaya came back they saw Amu passed out with half eaten chocolates everywhere. Rima sighed. "A broken heart is bad..." She commented. Yaya pouted. "How did Amu meet Ikuto?" She asked. Rima sighed. "A long time ago... Me and Amu were practicing at an old studio. The black Lynx band was in town and looking for a place to hand out and rehearse, so I helped them out and brought them back to the studio. I didn't know Amu was there and we walked in on her singing. I guess that's when Ikuto became infatuated with. But Amu... she wasn't putting up with it. She acted like shared his guys but I knew deep down there was something there. Next thing they knew a huge rumor was spread that they were dating and Amu denied everything until a few days later I singed the two up for a concert. I guess she got close to confessing one time when we were at the concert and I'm sure later something happened but that's basically the story. " Rima said. Amu groaned and moved around the couch. "Well Yaya feels bad for Amu! Let's go get her some feel good presents!!" She cheered. Rima sighed. "I guess it couldn't hurt, you coming Utau?" Rima asked. Utau looked away from Amu and nodded. "Yeah... I know just the thing to get her!!" She smiled and the rushed off with the others. When Amu woke up she looked around and saw all her half eaten chocolates and tissues everywhere. She sighed. "I can't sulk forever..." She then stood up and stood there. "But normally when I have free time I call... Him!" Her eyes teared up and she started crying again. "Waaaaaa! I miss you Ikuto!" She wailed as she started shoving her chocolate in her mouth. "I fwantf fimf nowf!!" She shouted with a mouth full of chocolate. After Amu gorged herself in chocolate she fell to the floor and laid there. She felt empty. She wanted Ikuto. Was it the right choice to have dumped him? She shook her head. She knew she had to! She couldn't wait all this time! She wanted someone to spend her life with... But Ikuto was the only person she wanted to spend her life with!! She looked over at the clock. It had been 4 and 1/2 hours since the TV announcement with Ikuto. She sighed and rolled over, her stomach gurgling. She suddenly felt sick and dashed to the bathroom where she threw up. She groaned and started crying again. Perfect she just had to get sick! Maybe it was because she was eating to much chocolate and crying so hard... Another miserable hour passed by and she was too weak to move from her spot on the bathroom floor. Finally Rima and Yaya came back with tons of gifts for Amu. When they found her laying on the bathroom, running a fever and passed out they sighed and dragged her over to the bed. "Guess we should run to the pharmacy..." Rima stated. "Geez... that girl... one break up and she cries till she makes herself sick!! Hey where's Utau?" Rima asked looking around. Yaya shrugged. Suddenly Yaya's phone went off. "Hello? Huh! Utau!!? Where are you?!" There was a pause as Utau explained. Yaya gasped. "You what!!? Oh geez Yaya is coming!!!" Yaya then bounded off, driving crazily down the road. Rima sighed and looked at Amu. "Oh geez..." She mumbled before heading to the pharmacy. When Amu woke up nobody was there but she felt very hot. She sat up. Huh how'd she get in bed? Had someone been here?! She stood up and took off her sweater. She walks out of the bedroom and into the narrow kitchen. She gasped as she saw all the presents! Teddy bears, chocolates, Romantic movies, and spa treatment kits. Her eyes teared up. "Aw! Those guys!!" She started crying as she thought of Rima, Yaya, and Utau. Her sweating stopped her sobs as she shredded her shirt. Soon to follow were her pants. She then turned on the fans and laid in front of one. "I'm so hot!!!" She wailed. Suddenly someone knocked on the door. Amu stood up, her body quivering. She stumbled around trying to find something to cover up with. Another knock came. Amu growled in frustration. "Utau! If that's you then just fricken come in already!!" She shouted as she finally found a robe. She then swung open the door only to see someone else. Her eyes widened in shock and she stood there gawking at the site before her. Utau sighed. "Will this make you feel better?" She asked. Rima then came back and sighed. "Geez! So that's your present! And all I got was comfort food... Oh and here's your medicine..." She tossed it to Amu. Ikuto noticing that Amu wasn't going to catch it, caught it himself. That's when everyone started to notice the cameras surrounding them, well everyone except Amu. They hurried inside but Amu still didn't speak. She was baffled. After all this time, he chooses now to come and see her. "Maybe you guys should get a hotel room or something..." Yaya suggested. Ikuto smiled and lead Amu outside where they were surrounded by cameras. "Ikuto! Can you tells us what exactly is happening?!" Questions poured out from everywhere and yet Amu still stood there unresponsive. Ikuto sighed and hurried to a hotel. "Hey! Please we need a hotel for tonight!" Ikuto panted. The desk man smiled. "I seen you guys on TV!! That's so awesome your in my hotel!! Here mind signing this-" Ikuto sighed and slammed his fist. "Just give me a room before those cameras get into this building!" He ordered out. The desk man nodded and nervously got them a room. Ikuto ran down to the room, pulling Amu along. Once finally in there he stopped and tossed Amu into the bed. He panted from the sudden actions. "Talk to me Amu!" He shouted as soon as he could catch his breath. Her silence was making him angry and uneasy. Tears started to glaze over her eyes. "W-why... WHY!!?" She screamed as she suddenly stood up. "Why of all times do you quiet your dream?! You could be making a fortune! Don't let someone like me stand in front of you and hold you back!!" She shouted as she started hitting his chest. Ikuto grabbed her and held her still. "Because all those other times someone very special to me wasn't walking away from me..." He explained calmly. Amu looked into his eyes, tears still flowing down her face. "I always knew that one day you'd get tired of waiting- and I really hated making you wait like that!-- but the truth was I was scared. Scared that if I kept you waiting something like would this happen and I knew then that I had to make a choice. You or my fake career. Back then when I first decided, we were young. I thought that if I could make my band happy, get a few records in, we could get a manager back in Japan and I could be right beside you... Amu I'm so sorry you had to wait for me. It wasn't fair... you lost so much time because of me and I want to do anything to make it up to you!" He was now starting to get teary eyed himself. Amu stood there shocked. "I-Ikuto... I-it's okay..." She whispered as she hugged him. He wiped his eyes quickly and hugged her back. "I'm so sorry Amu... Tell me what I have to do to make it up to you." He whispered. Amu shook her head and clung to him. "Tell me you love me everyday... And never ever EVER! Leave my side again..." She stated.
