Handcuffed

"Ikuto what do we do?" She asks. He shrugs. She clenches her fists. "I have to sing tonight and you have to come!!!! Unless.... Yes!!!" She says as She walks away but her wrist is pulled back. She sighs. "Come on Ikuto." She says. He walks toward her but his expression is calm. Then they leave to find Rima. They finally find her in the studio. "Amu! I got us a gig at a wedding!!!!" Rima cheered but then she saw Ikuto and she stopped smiling. "Whys he here?" She asked. Amu sighed and lifted up their cuffed hands. Rima gasped. "Amu, what happened?" Ahe asked. Amu angrily looked at Ikuto and he looked at her with out expression. Amu looked back at Rima. "Well a girl sort of handed us flowers and well we both reached for them and all the sudden we got handcuffed to each other." She explains. Rima grabbed their hands. "What but that means- this can't be for reals!!" She shouted trying to break the chains. "It's no use." Amu said. Rima sighed. "Well we'll try it later for now we have to practice!" Rima said. Amu sighed. "Alright which song?" Amu asked as she walked to the stage. She got on and Ikuto stood beside her. "Hmmmm what songs should we do?" Rima asked. Amu shrugged. "It's a wedding why not love songs." Amu pointed out. "Ya but what love songs should we do?" Rima questioned. Amu and her stayed quiet for a moment until Rima sighed. "Hmmm..... What about-" all the sudden the studio door flung open and in walks Yuki and the press. Amu gasped. "WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!!!" She yelled. Yuki scoffed. "I herd you recovered from our last meeting so I thought that I'd drop in, say hello, have a bite to eat, but I can see your busy. Are you practicing for your silly little duet?" He laughed at them in a vicious threatening way. Amu stared at him. She was so angry at him but he was smart bringing all that press. Now she couldn't beat him to death, no one could or they'd be sued. "Just leave me alone Yuki I don't need your concern in my life anymore get that through your thick head." She says calmly. Yuki stands there, shocked. She smiles and looks back at Rima who was looking at Yuki with anger about to come out. "I am not concerned for you I am merely watching you, I want to see how my most adorable singer was doing." He said, smiling evilly at her. She gulped, he was scary looking when he did that!!! All the sudden Ikuto steps closer to her and looks Yuki right in the eye. "Would you mind leaving you've interrupted important work." He said, his voice, stern and deep. You could say it sounded like he had authority in his voice. Yuki sighs. "I guess I'll leave seems how I am uninvited here." He says as he strolls out. The press follow him. Amu sighed in relief when they leave. "Thank you Ikuto." She says as she turns to look at him. He smiles. "Well I didn't want my strawberry to be made fun of, that's my job." He pouts. Amu blushes. "Well let's get back to work love birds." Rima sighed. Amu blushed more but followed Rima's orders. After practice Rima tried everything in the book (figuratively speaking) to try and get the chain broken but it didn't work. Amu sighed as she sat down next to Ikuto. "What are we going to do now?" She asked in a depressed state. Then for the 1st time since the Yuki incident did Ikuto suggest something. "Why don't you just pick the lock?" He said. Rima looked at him. "I already told you I don't know how." She said. Amu sat there thinking. "I bet Ikuto knows how!" She finally said, looking at him. He smiled. "Sure I could do it though it will be tough since my dominant hand is handcuffed to yours." He said. Rima pursed her lips and gave Ikuto a bobby pin. Mu smiled. That's okay I'm sure you'll be able to do it." Ikuto smiled, truly, and then began working an hour went by and then 30 more minutes. Finally they herd the click of the lock and they were released. Amu took off the handcuffs. "Yay! See I knew Ikuto could do it!!" She cheered. She smiled at him then hugged him. "Did you two start dating or something cause your acting like a couple!" Rima said as she crossed her arms and raised an eyebrow at them. Amu quickly let go. "Shit up Rima I was only thanking him!" Amu protested. Rima rolled her eyes. "Well see you guys tomorrow for practice before we perform, And Amu don't forget your singing at the wedding tonight!" Rima said as she walked away and left the two alone. "Well guess we should head back to the hotel as well."Amu said. Ikuto sighed. "Sorry princess but I have to go do a few errands." He said. Amu sighed. "Oh well then let's go." She said. Ikuto grabbed her shoulder and pulled her back. "You don't have to come with me, were not handcuffed together anymore. Unless you finally noticed that your in love with me." He smirked at the last part. Amu rolled her eyes but blushed.She gave him a rack on the back of the head. "Stupid, I'm not in love with!". She said as she stuck her tongue out and stomped away. Ikuto smiled and chuckled quietly to himself. "Oh Amu if only you knew how much I've fallen in love with you." He whispered to himself. Then he went his separate way. Amu sighed as she sat down her bed at the hotel. She couldn't shake the feeling she as in her heart. She kept thinking about Ikuto. It felt weird that he wasn't beside her. Well she would see him tomorrow for now she needed to get to bed! She had a concert tonight!!!
