A Kiss & A Problem

Amu sighed as they got done practicing for the hundredth time. Over the last 3 days they've been singing together. "alright everyone take 10." Rima said. Amu sighed again in relief and slowly walked off the stage. Lately she wasn't getting much sleep. She kept thinking about Ikuto and this nervous and twisting feeling in her stomach. she was too wrapped up in her own thoughts that as she stepped off the stage she missed a stair and went falling toward the ground. She closed her eyes waiting for impact but strong arms enveloped her. She opened her eyes. "huh?" she looked up and saw Ikuto. She turned pink. "Ikuto!" she shouted. He smirked. "Better be careful I don't want you to hurt yourself." He said. Amu wiggled in his arms. "Put me down!" she demanded. Ikuto chuckled and a true smile came to his face. He set Amu down. Rima came over to them and eyed Ikuto. "so Amu why don't we go get something to eat." Rima said. Amu looked at her confused. "why I'm not hungry." she said. Rima glared at her. "it was just a suggestion." She pouted as she walked away. "Geeez I wonder what that was all about?" Amu questioned as she turned back to Ikuto. Ikuto shrugged. "good practice." He smirked and walked away. Amu smiled and walked after him. They go over to everyone else. "oh Amu could you stay late tonight I have to do something." Rima said. Amu nodded. Rima smiled. "thanks, gotta go see you guys tomorrow then it's concert time." she said as she walked away to the door. Tadase yawned. "yeah I think in going to take a nap for a bit." he said Kukai and Kenji followed pursuit. Amu looked at Ikuto. "you going to leave too?" she asked. He smirked. "Yeah probably but if you want me to stay I will." he said. Amu blushed. "no I was just asking." she said. he laughed and started walking toward the door. as he left Amu sighed. she was alone and she had to sweep and put all the music stuff away plus take out the trash. they had mcdonalds for breakfast. she started sweeping but then she started getting to sleepy and then stumbled to put the garbage away. She went out the back door and threw the garbage away. "nice to see you Amu, looks like you've run yourself down." Yuki said. Amu gasped. "Y- Yuki!" She shouted. He walked over to her and pinned her against the wall. she was to weak to push him off her. "why don't you come home with me and you can rest up." he whispered in her ear. Amu was to weak to respond and Yuki got mad. he tightened his grip on her wrist and she winced in pain. All the sudden Yuki was thrown to the ground. Amu fell down coughing. A strong hand grabbed her arm and pulled her up. Her body went limp and she was picked up. finally she got to see her savior. "Ikuto..." She whispered. He looked down at her. He smiled. "You shouldn't be so hard on yourself." He said. Amu tried to smile but her eyes slowly closed. Her head leaned against his chest. Ikuto smiled again but then turned to Yuki. "if you ever come near Amu again I will punch you till you see lights." Ikuto threatened. Yuki stood up and wiped his mouth. "fuck you dude!" He shouted. Then he ran off. Amu coughed again and Ikuto looked at her. When Amu woke up she was in her room at the hotel. she sat up. She looked around but she didn't see anyone. She stretched and laid back down. she turned over and grabbed someone's hand and went to sleep. Then Amu realized that she had grabbed a HAND. Her eyes popped open and she saw Ikuto sitting beside her in a chair. he was kind of laying on the bed. Amu turned red. He had helped her and then he took her to her room so she could rest. She smiled. Then she herd a voice. "you know he only ever smiles around you." Tadase said. Amu looked over at him. "oh Tadase I didn't know you were there." She said. Tadase smiled. "You make him happy and he cares for you." Tadase continued. Amu's eyes widened a little and she blushed. "No I'm sure he just likes making fun of me." Amu denied, she waved her hand up and down. Tadase laughed a bit. "take care of him Amu, he needs you." Tadase said. Amu stopped and stared at him. Then Tadase just left. Ikuto made a sound and Amu looked over at him. He opened his eyes. He sat up. "oh so your awake." He teased. Amu blushed. "Says the one who was sleeping." She teased back. She looked at him and he smiled "so...." Ikuto started talking but her mind stayed on Tadase's words. why would he say that? "Amu?" Ikuto asked. Amu snapped out of her daze. "I'm listening." she lied. Ikuto laughed. "do you want something to eat?" he asked again. Amu stared at him. she couldn't possibly ask him to do everything for her. I mean he already helped her so much already. "Ikuto thank you... for every thing." she said she looked at him and smiled. his eyes widened a bit but then he smiled. Then to his surprise Amu leaned into him and kissed his cheek. "A-Amu what are you doing?" He stuttered out. Amu smiled as she pulled away. "I'm thanking you what else?" she giggled. Ikuto smirked. "sure Amu, you don't have to make up lies to kiss me." He teased. Amu blushed. "I'm not making up lies!" She yelled. He chuckled and stood up. "I'll go get you some food, be right back. stay out of trouble for a bit will ya." he teased as he left. Amu sat up and got out of bed. When Ikuto came back Amu was gone. He set the breakfast down on the table and sat down and started to eat. All the sudden the bathroom door opened and Amu came out. "Oh there you are, here I hot you some breakfast." Ikuto said handing her her bag of food. "Thanks Ikuto." she said quietly. He smirked. "Wow Amu's thanking me? Wow." He joked. Amu stuck her tongue out at him and he smiled. Her mind flashed to what Tadase said. 'He only ever smiles around you.' Amu stared at Ikuto as she blushed. Ikuto looked at her. "Something you wanted to say?" He asked. Amu snapped out of her daze and turned red. "N-no!" She said as she bit into her breakfast sandwich. Ikuto smirked. "Hmmm Amu was staring at me. What could that mean?" He prompted. Amu punched his arm. "It means nothing!" she protested. Ikuto laughed. "Sure Amu, sure." He teased. Amu smiled and they ate in silence. *After breakfast* "Well I should get going." Amu said. Ikuto laughed. "Amu.... this is your room." Ikuto said holding back a laugh. Amu stood there for a while. "Oh ha ha ha ha yeah right this is my room." she said smiling then her face for serious. "Now get out!" she said shoving him toward the door. but Ikuto stepped sideways and made fall on her face. she stood up. "your going to pay!" she yelled as she stepped toward but unfortunately for the clumsy Amu, her shoe strong was untied and she tripped on it. "uh." she said as she slowly started falling. Ikuto laughed and caught her. "Geez your so clumsy." He said. Amu opened her eyes. "Ikuto!" she yelled as she wiggled in his arms. "Put me down!" She demanded as she kept squirming. "Nope not until you ask nicely." He said. Amu sighed and stopped moving. "Will you put me down... please?" She asked as she looked up at him. Ikuto smirked. "hmmm maybe, if you kiss me." He joked. Amu clenched her fist. "PERVERT!!!" She shouted as she hit his head. Ikuto curled his lip. "Oh come on Amu, don't be so cruel, you kissed me earlier." He said. Amu turned red. "Shut up and put me down!" She said. He sighed and put her down. "Fine." He said. All the sudden a nock came from the door. "huh, wonder who that is?" Amu said walking over to the door. Ikuto followed her. "hi!" a girl said. Ikuto came and stood beside Amu. "Uh... who are you?" she asked. The girl giggled. "I brought you flowers." She said. Amu and Ikuto reached for them but instead they were handcuffed. Amu gasped. The girl closed the door and ran off. Amu opened the door and started to run but she was pulled back. She looked over and saw she was handcuffed to Ikuto. She looked up at him and knew this was going to be bad. How would she be able to do anything with Ikuto with her? And she doesn't have the key. perfect this day started off just perfect. "Ikuto what do we do?"
