Chapter 5

Minji gave a slight knock on the door before opening the bedroom door. She wasn't surprised to see Hanni in bed with a book in her hand. She had been in the room for the past week or so, and she wouldn't have even talk to Minji, she barely uttered two words to her.

" Hey, room service brought breakfast," Minji said, " You should come and eat."

Hanni looked up from her book,
" I'm not hungry."

" Really?" Minji questioned, " I wonder how you manage to stay alive then, because yesterday you didn't eat anything and the day before you only had an apple all day..... come and eat, I don't want you to get sick."

" Oh so now you care?" Hanni scoffed.

Minji let out a sigh, " Just come and eat Hanni, don't be stubborn."

Hanni glared at Minji, " I'm not hungry. And even if I were, I wouldn't eat with you."

Minji nodded, " Well, we could go out today? I could show you around the beach? Hiking trails?"

Hanni snorted, " No."

" Are you sure? It would be better than spending your whole day in bed," Minji tried.

" Are you deaf?" Hanni snarled,
" No."

" Okay," Minji said softly, " Just eat something..... please."

Hanni held her glare and didn't say anything else. Minji let out another sigh before leaving the room and closing the door behind her. She had to admit she was worried about Hanni, she was barely eating and barely sleeping. Whenever Minji would go to the bedroom, Hanni would leave the room and stay in the small living room, once Minji was out of the bedroom, Hanni would return to the bedroom. She didn't want to look at her.

Minji knew why she was acting like that and she will even admit to herself that she took it a little too far on the night of their wedding, but she was so pissed off at Hanni, she just snapped. She never even meant what she said about Yoongi, she would never do that, she was just so angry.

This wasn't how she had planned this trip to go. She wanted to show Hanni around, take her out to her favorite restaurants and beach spots. But no instead, Hanni wouldn't even talk to her. She really regretted what she said to Hanni that night, but it's not like she could take it back now. She could tell by the look on Hanni's eyes, she hated her.

Minji sighed, this was gonna be a short trip if anything. What was the point of being here, if they didn't talk to each other.

This was bullshit, Minji clenched her jaw. Just when she was feeling bad for Hanni, she comes and pulls this stunt.

Around noon, Minji went to go check on Hanni to make sure she had eaten something but when she went in the room, she was gone. Minji thought she could have been in the bathroom at first but then she realized she was gone, she searched everywhere for her. The only comfort was that Hanni's suitcase and clothes were all still here.

It was close to 1 in the morning and Hanni hadn't returned from where she had left to. Minji even went out to look for her by the beach but didn't find her, she came back to their bungalow to wait for her. But the time was driving her crazy, where the hell did this girl go?

Just as Minji was about to give up on waiting and wanna go look for her again, the door opened and Hanni walked in.

" Where the hell were you?" Minji asked immediately.

" I went for a walk," Hanni shrugged.

" At 12 fucking hour walk!?"

" I stayed by the beach," Hanni said.

Minji glared at her, clenching her jaw tight.

" What? Am I not allowed to?" Hanni said sarcastically. " I'm your wife not your slave."

" You can't go out like that without telling me," Minji said, " You don't even know this place, what if someone had tried to hurt you?"

" Oh please, stop acting like you care,"
Hanni said, " It's getting annoying."

" You're my wife, I have to worry about you," Minji said.

" Yeah, you have to," Hanni began,
" But I don't want you to! I don't even want to be near you!"

" You're acting like a brat!" Minji exclaimed, " Just because you're upset doesn't give you the right to lea-"

" Upset!?" Hanni snapped, " I'm not upset, I'm pissed at you."

Minji rolled her eyes,
" Well get over it. "

" Are you insane? You really expect me to forget what you said?" Hanni looked at her disbelief.

Minji didn't say anything, it looked as she didn't care about anything Hanni was saying.

Hanni began to walk past Minji to head into the bedroom but Minji grabbed ahold of her arm.

" Don't touch me," Hanni hissed as she tried to pull away from Minji.

" I can do whatever i want with you," Minji glared as she kept her hold on Hanni, " When are you gonna learn that you are married to me? You can't do what you please anymore!"

" Marrying you was the biggest mistake in my life!" Hanni yelled as she pulled away completely.

" Well that's too bad princess, because you're already married with me," Minji said.

" I hate you! And if you think this marriage was gonna be breeze, you're wrong! I will always hate you and the day I have to share a bed with you is the day I'm gonna die on the inside. I will be so disgusted with myself for even letting you touch me!" Hanni yelled.

" You should have thought of that before you sold yourself like a prostitute."

A hard slap sound all around the room, Minji almost tumbled back with the contact. She had to admit it hurt like hell, she could practically feel her cheek getting swollen.

" You're a monster," Minji heard Hanni say, it sounded kind of choked up. Was she crying?

" You are so cruel, no wonder you had to buy yourself a wife," Hanni hissed,
" Because no one will ever love you..... You're not even worth it."

At those words, Minji's eyes connected with Hanni's

" What did you say to me?"
