11:32 AM

Minji's eyes immediately snapped open, she rubbed her eyes. Just as she was wondering what she was doing on the floor, everything from yesterday came rushing back to her mind. She must have fallen asleep next to the bathroom door waiting for Hanni.

Minji immediately stood up and turned to the bathroom door. To her surprise, the door was wide open and Hanni was gone. She then turned back to where Hanni's suitcase was yesterday and it was gone too. She immediately checked the time.

"No,no,no," Minji mumbled.

She had to get to the airport as soon as possible. There was no way in hell she was letting Hanni leave on the flight. She quickly grabbed her keys and ran downstairs.

"Minji, where are you going!?" she heard Kazuha yell. She caught a glimpse of her with Aiden in her arms.

"I have to get my wife back!"

And with that, she ran out of the house and to her car. Within seconds, she was speeding out of the estate and on her way to the airport.

Maybe they were really messed up right now but she loved Hanni and even though Hanni was a piece in her life but nothing could change how she felt about her. She couldn't let her leave, not without a fight.

Minji ran several red lights and surpassed the speed limits by going about twice what she should. But she didn't care, she needed to get to that airport.

When she finally got there, she parked her car right at the front, not caring that it was probably gonna get towed. Fuck that, she needed to get her wife. She was causing all sorts of commotion running towards the security line, she hoped Hanni would still be there.

"Excuse me ma'am, we need to see your ticket," a security worker said.

"Ticket?" Minji frowned, "I don't have one."

"Then we can't allow you to go past this point."

"I need to get my wife! She's in already!" Minji exclaimed.

"I'm sure you can call her?" the security began.

Call her? She didn't have time for that.

Minji ran the opposite direction back to the main desk, she cut at least six people in line.

"I need a ticket!" Minji exclaimed, "Any ticket that gets me past that gate!"

"Ma'am, you need to get in line," the lady behind the counter said.

Minji chuckled, "Well I don't have time. My pregnant wife is on that flight and I can't let her leave me so I need to get past the security check and get to my wife! Now can I please get a ticket!"

The lady pursed her lips but began to look through the computer, "The only one available right now is a first class ticket to Canada. The price will be $1500 plus tax."

"Are you fucking kidding me?" Minji mumbled as she hastily pulled out her card and gave it to her.

Within minutes she had her ticket and card, she was running again to the security check. She cut everyone there too. Once she past the security check, she took off running again, without even putting on her shoes. She ran desperately towards the gate Hanni would be at. She needed to get there on time, she didn't even bother to look at the time.

When she finally reached the gate, her heart sank when the waiting room was empty and closed off.

"No," she mumbled and her voice cracked.

She went over to the window next to the gate and watched as the plane took off, she assumed that was Hanni's flight.

She didn't make it on time.

"No," Minji cried.

She let out a frustrated sigh.

Hanni had left her.

-----------------------------------------------------------

When Minji finally got back to the estate, she went straight to the stables. She wasn't in the mood to deal with anyone. On her way there, she told one of her workers to completely close off the area near the stables. She needed to be alone.

She didn't want to talk to anyone, be with anyone or anything. She just wanted to be alone so she could cry.

She thought about calling Hanni and demanding her to come back but things were different now. She was pregnant.

"I messed up Alcatraz," Minji mumbled as she petted her horse, "Why'd you let Jihan take me last time?"

She knew that was a stupid question to ask her horse.

She let out a frustrated sigh and leaned her head against her horse. They stood like that for a few minutes, up until Minji heard the door open behind her.

"I said I wanted to be alone," Minji growled but didn't move.

"So this is where you come when you're upset," a melodic voice said.

Minji completely froze.

"I'll have to keep this in mind for whenever you get upset."

Minji took a deep breath and turned around, and to her surprise her wife stood before her. Tears were almost coming out of Minji's eyes, she felt such a relief, like a huge weight was lifted off her heart.

"I thought you left," Minji said softly.

"I thought about it," Hanni said honestly, "I even tried...but I couldn't. I couldn't leave you."

Minji hoped that she wasn't dreaming.

"You know, you have done so much for me and I have been so ungrateful.... you have loved me through everything, been with me, been there for me through it all," Hanni said as her voice was cracking slightly, "You have forgiven me for all my mistakes and through it all you loved me even more....so this morning when I tried to leave, I thought maybe you deserves better. You deserve to be loved like you love me. You deserve to be fought for."

"Maybe I need to fight for you, I need to start fighting for you like you had fought for me."

"I never stopped loving you Minji. I will always love you....I just needed someone to blame for everything wrong in my life and you were there like you always have been. And I'm sorry for all the pain I've caused you, but I'm going to continue to be a little bit selfish and I'm going to fight for you because I love you. And I know you deserve better but I can't be with anyone else that isn't you. And I don't want you to be with anyone else but me, not Jihan, not some hoochie models you meet. But me. I want you to be with me because I am inlove with you and I want to fight for us."

Minji was left a little speechless by Hanni's revelation. This was the last thing that she expected to happen.

"Please say you love me back," Hanni almost cried.

Minji did the only thing that was right. She strides over to Hanni and took Hanni's face in her hands before crashing her lips onto hers. She felt Hanni wrap her arms around her.

"You've always been a brat," Minji said against her lips, "But I think that's why I will always love you."
