'Wow!' Denji thought, a pretty woman curious on his doings?
Women just can't resist his charm huh? Well, of course It wasn't the first time for him to earn a female's attention since Miss Makima were the first to do so.
But still.
"The Ultimate Bread!" he said proudly. The ends of his lips pulled to a huge grin, his expression gleaming with confidence.
"y'want som'?" He asked, offering the snack as he shoved them to the female's way.
"Well, n-" Before you could answer, he shoved the remaining piece of the said bread to your mouth. Cutting and shutting you off before even giving an answer his question.
You of course fliched from the sudden intrusion from your mouth you had recived, staring to the male infront of you with mixed feelings.
Seeing the male's expression only made you feel even more unsure of what to do. Both (e/c) coloured eyes staring blankly to the male, pondering of what to do.
Deciding to go along with it, you then took a bite of it before you then chewed, the soft texture crushed to chunks and smaller pieces before you then swallowed.
The flavour it had wasn't that bad.
Okay thats kind of a lie if you had to be honest. It was definitely too much. The taste was too overwhelming, infact, so much so that you can't figure out wether if its actually edible or not.
Your taste buds definitely exploded, you couldn't put a hand on what it tasted, is it sweet? Is it salty? something just made it, well..
too much.
"Its.."
Battling wether to lie or to tell the truth, you then looked to Denji's way again only to see him seemingly waiting for your answer and observing your every move and body language.
Seeing the reaction you made made his wide grin fall slowly.
How could you not feel bad? The look of excitement that was written all over his face is now scrambled to a saddened frown.
"I-it's good! " you beamed, Denji's saddened face then lightens up from the compliment you just gave.
Maybe lying about it isn't 100% alright, but what could you do? Maybe next time you'll try to be more honest as long as he doesn't give you that sad, heartwrenching expression.
