   𝐀𝐒 [y/n] and aki began to patrol around, she couldn't shake the feeling of worry that sat inside of her about the new rookies,

Denji and Power. Those two were—most definitely reckless.

'What if they both was tricked by some devil wandering around? What if they stumble upon much more stronger devil that they couldn't handle?'

The (h/c) bit her fingernail in distress. Sighing, she then decided to break the awkward silence between her and the walking male infront. 

"Aki.." she softly called the black haired male as he darted his eyes to hers, still walking as his pace began to follow hers and left a few inches in the distance.

She broke the eye contact, darting her eyes to the ground, unsure to continue or not.

"Maybe.. pairing them together isn't a good idea." She scratched her forearm as the (h/c) female faced the other way, afraid to make the other male more angered than he already were since he was in a not so good mood since yesterday.

The other male however, stayed silent.

Taking the chance to share her thoughts, she then did so.

"I know i don't have a place to say in this," her eyes then landed on the male's figure, unable to read the male's expression since all she could view was his back.

"But, I—i don't know, i have a feeling they would definitely do something reckless." She expressed her anxeity, hoping inside that the male would understand.

After sometime of silence, he then stops on his tracks causing her to be more nervous than earlier as she stopped too.

"I know what you're thinking," his face finally faced hers, showing the mixed expression that she herself couldn't put a hand on what it was.

"You don't have to worry about them so much. I'm sure they are.. able to do a decent job." He sighed, pressing the 'able' part.

"If not.." he mumbled, quiet but you managed to catch on. He looked like he wanted to continue on his words.

When he saw the distressed expression she held—he quickly changed his mind.

"Come on, we need to continue patrolling." He changed the subject, leaving her nodding in defeat.

The red head woman sat on a bench, resting her face to her hand as a look of dissapointment carved on her face. The two infront of them only standing in nervousment under the female's gaze.

The (h/c)'s worries turned to reality, unfortunately.

Power and Denji soon got into trouble from Power's reckless action. Which was killing the 'sea cucumber' devil that a civilian hunter was already managing with.
