Finding Out

I slowly unlock my door and I slowly open it. Wow seeing my ex boyfriend after a terrible break up and what he did to me makes me want to just stab him right in the heart now.
"Hello Sarah" he says slowly coming into my apartment. His friends follow him in as well.
"You going to let go of them stakes?" One of his friends say.
"The only way I'm letting go of these stakes is when they go right through your heart!" I snap back at him. He hisses as me and comes closer.
"HEY! Just leave it Gord." Jesse says pulling him away from me.
"How did you find me?" I ask Jesse.
"I knew you wouldn't go too far as you don't have the money and this town seemed quiet" Jesse responds
"Well now I've got to move again!"
"Why? We can just move together Sarah. We made a great couple"
"Yeah until your bite me! I'm not going anywhere with you!"
"Oh Sarah you can't live your life like this. Constantly running and being so alone. Nobody knows you like I do."
"I don't care about being alone! It's better than being with you"
"Let's just live our lives together Sarah. That's all I want"
"Get it through your tiny bat brain, I don't want you in my life and I will happily stab you right now!"
"You won't though will you Sarah? You are too good and too kind to do something like that. I mean look at you! You are still a fledgling because you are too kind to eat a human."
"I'm being serious Jesse I will happily do it!"

*KNOCK* *KNOCK* *KNOCK*
Someone's at my front door and I'm pretty sure it's Ethan.
"I wonder who is here?" One of Jesse's friends say.
"Ask who is it Sarah or I will just open the door and kill them straight away" Jesse whispers to me
"WHO IS IT?" I shout in pure fear.
"IT'S US!" Ethan shouts back
"YEAH ETHAN AND BENNY!" Benny shouts.
"You've got some people to come and help you eh?" Jesse whispers to me.
"I didn't ask them to come. I actually asked Ethan to stay at home" I whisper back to him.
"Get rid of them Sarah or my dear friends Gord and Vince will do it for you" Jesse whispers with a malicious smile on his face.
He grabs my back and one of my arms and pushes me towards the door I slowly open the door part way and him and his friends hide behind it.
"Sarah! Are you okay?" Ethan asks
"Yes now just go" I say
"What happened?" Benny asks concerned
"N...nothing... everything is fine. Just go home both of you"
"Have you been crying?" Ethan asks as he starts to get closer to me.
"NO! I haven't. Just go back home NOW!" I snap at them both
I can see Benny looking through a crack in my door it looks like he can sort of see them in my apartment.
"Ummm... Sarah?" Benny asks
"WHAT?" I snap at him
"Why is there three guys in your apartment and why does one of them have a wooden knife thing behind you?" Benny asks. Why is he so stupid?
Suddenly I get pulled away from the door and Gord grabs me while Jesse goes to speak to them.
"LEAVE THEM ALONE!" I shout to Jesse trying to break free from Gord's grip.

"Hello dorks" Jesse says to them
"Who are you?" Ethan asks
"And who are you calling dorks?" Benny says
"DON'T TOUCH THEM JESSE I MEAN IT! I WILL KILL YOU!" I shout, but then Gord shoves his hands over my mouth.
"What is happening?" Benny says
"LET HER GO!" Ethan shouts
"A brave dork is still just a dork" Jesse says as he grabs Benny and throws him to Vince who grabs hold of Benny and then Jesse grabs Ethan and brings him into the room.
"So this is your new friend Sarah?" Jesse asks me whilst grabbing hold of Ethan.
I try to say something but Gord still has his hands over my mouth.
"You shouldn't have made friends Sarah!" Vince says, still holding Benny.
"It's crazy as you left your actual home to save your family and you've come here and now you are going to hurt these guys" Jesse says with a laugh.
"You feeling hungry Jesse? I am and these nerd actually smell good" Gord says.
"Yeah I could do with a snack..." Jesse pushes Ethan to the ground and I can't just watch this happen I need to get out of Gord's arms and save them. I bite Gord's hand so he is off my mouth.
"Ouch!!" Gord yelps as he quickly lets go of me. I take this as my chance, I quickly grab one of my stakes I made from my table off the floor and stab Gord and then I turn around to Jesse. I briefly look at Benny and Ethan's face and they are in pure shock.
"Well played Sarah" Jesse says still holding Ethan to the ground.
"Let them go or you will be next!" I say coming closer to Jesse
"Why do you even care about them? You will leave this town soon anyway"
"I'm not going to give you one more chance Jesse. Let go of them!" I hiss at him showing my fangs and my eye colour changes, I see Ethan and Benny are in even more shock.
"YOU ARE A VAMPIRE?!" Benny screams
"We all are you idiot!" Vince says to him
"Your teeth! In my vision I saw your sharp teeth!!" Ethan starts to stutter.
"Sarah you don't want to do this! Hurt your family" Jesse says
"You are not my family!" I snap at him
"I know you guys are in some intense fight thing right now, but I just thought about food and what I had for lunch and how I still have a bit of it in my pocket..." Benny says
"You keep food in your pocket? That's gross" Vince says to Benny
"It was really nice. It was this bread that some people would call... GARLIC BREAD" Benny quickly grabs some garlic bread out of his pocket and shoves in on Vince's face which starts to burn him, I grab the other stake I made and throw it to Benny. Benny quickly grabs it and stabs Vince with it.

"Wow. Was not expecting that..." Jesse says.
"Now look who's on their own!" I say to Jesse.
"That was so cool!" Benny says with a big smile on his face
"Now what Sarah? I've got your new little friend. So come with me or he dies!" Jesse says to me.
"Almor osdo catraz" Benny says as he points his arm towards Jesse. Suddenly this magic purple glow comes out of his hands and it makes Jesse let go of Ethan and fall to the ground. Ethan quickly stands up and runs toward Benny and I.
"WHAT WAS THAT?" I scream at Benny.
"No time to explain" Benny says
Jesse stands up and I can see in his face how angry he is and I've never seen anyone as angry as he looks right now. He is definitely going to kill one of us.
"MARCHO BASI POSO!" Benny shouts and that purple magic thing comes out of his hands and blasts at Jesse who just suddenly disappears.

We all just stand there quiet for a moment.
"Right two things guys" I say breaking the silence. "1st one is towards you Ethan! Why didn't you stay at home like I told you to? You could have died!"
"I'm sorry for not listening to you, but I was very worried about what was going on and then when I heard your door sounding like it was going to be knocked down I thought you were being robbed of something." Ethan says
"2nd thing is towards you Benny! WHAT IN THE HELL WAS THAT?"
"Well... I am, what my grandma calls me, the spell master" Benny says all cocky and proud
"Spell master? So you are like a wizard or something?"
"No! Not a wizard! I can just do magic"
"What about you?" Ethan says towards me
"What about me?" I say
"You... you're... you're a freaking vampire"
"Ooohhh yeah... Forgot you saw my fangs during that"
"DON'T EAT US!" Benny shouts to me.
"If I wanted to eat you don't you think I would have done it already? Also I don't want to eat any humans otherwise it's over for me and I become a full vampire"
"What do you mean a full vampire?" Ethan says to me
"Right now I'm a fledgling, but if I drink human blood then I become a vampire and I really don't want to. I don't even want to be a fledgling to be honest"
