After being kissed by Ruby I made my way back to my dorm, still unsure of what to think and do about this. I mean, I don't even know the first thing about relationships and me being in a relationship with a younger version of my mom is fucked! 

I entered my dorm and saw Cinder in her sleeping outfit which was actually kind of cute. She dressed up in a vest with images of flames and her shorts consisted of cute little dogs. But since she was showing off her skin, I quickly realised her arm wasn't normal. It was a Grimm's! 

Mutasim: Cinder?! 

Cinder: Hello Mutasim. 

Mutasim: W-What happened to your arm?! 

She let out a sigh and hid it behind her, almost ashamed of it. 

Cinder: The road to ultimate power doesn't come without sacrifices. I was so blinded by my ambition that I turned myself into a monster. But I'd rather not talk about that. 

Mutasim: Right... Sorry if I was being insensitive. 

Cinder: Don't be. You were just curious. 

I nodded and walked over to my bed, sitting down on it. 

Mutasim: Um... Cinder? Can... I talk to you about something a little weird? 

Cinder: And how weird would that be?

Mutasim: Um... Relationships? 

Cinder: Do you mean family relationships or romantic relationships? 

Mutasim: The second one. 

Her cheeks flushed a slight red as she sat down on her bed. 

Cinder: Well... I've never really been in one of those so I'm not sure how much help I can be. Do you have feelings for someone on your first day? 

Mutasim: No. Its... Its someone else who has a crush on me. 

Cinder: Oh? ~ And who is the lucky girl? ~

Mutasim: Its, uhh.... Ruby. 

Her expression fell, her eye widening in shock as she heard me. 

Cinder: W-Wow. Okay, I... I can see why you'd need some help. And you're sure she likes you that way?

Mutasim: After you left she literally kissed me on the cheek and ran off. 

Cinder: Yeah, definitely likes you... Oh wow... This is... tricky. 

Mutasim: You're basically the only one I can talk to about this since... You know. 

Cinder: I'm the only person who knows the truth. Hmm... Well, how do you feel? 

Mutasim: Me? Well, I like this Ruby, yeah, but only as my sister. And at the same time, I don't want to break her heart. 

Cinder: Then perhaps you should let her down gently. 

Mutasim: And how do I do that? 

Cinder: Oh boy... Well... I suppose you could try explaining that you do care for her but only as an older brother. Or at least tell Yang before you speak to Ruby so she doesn't try to beat you to a pulp. 

Mutasim: Right... I'm just not really sure on how to handle this mess. I mean, if you're here then what if mom gets here and then finds out her past self fell for me? 

Cinder: I imagine her reaction will be much like mine. Though I'm sure the joy of seeing you again will cast all other thoughts aside. 

Mutasim: Yeah. Anyway, I'm tired.
