Ukulele music plays in the background at Rachel and Randall's wedding. Tom and Lydia sit in the crowd, none the wiser of what just happened in Siberia.
Tom and Lydia smile as they watch Jojo hand the pillow out for Randall and Rachel to take the rings.
They stop as they hear a whirring sound from the sky and look up as a plane passes overhead with a banner saying 'Rachel & Randall 4eva'.
The guests awe and applaud as Rachel smiles in disbelief. Randall kisses the top of her hand as they continue.
Meanwhile, Sonic, who is trying to escape from the avalanche with Tails over his shoulder, pulls out his phone, pulling up Tom's contact, and FaceTimes him.
"These rings signify the-"
Tom's phone goes off playing the original Green Hill Zone theme. Everyone looks at him as he pulls out his phone and cancels the call.
"Thought it was on silent." He says casually.
Rachel quickly gives them a death stare as the preacher continues. "These rings-"
This time Lydia's phone rings playing the instrumental version of the Sonic Underground theme song.
"So help me, you two!" Rachel snaps.
They stammer as Lydia pulls out her phone and cancels the call but sees an emergency text from Sonic.
"Okay, sorry. Sorry." She says getting up and dragging Tom with her.
"Exude us, this is an emergency." Tom excuses.
They walk away and FaceTime him back, much to Sonic's relief.
"WHAT?" Tom drags out.
"This better be important- wait, are you skiing?" Lydia threatens and then goes confused.
"Snowboarding, actually. But I need your help now. Life or death situation this very second!" Sonic pleads.
"I need you to use the ring I gave you to save me. Like right now!"
"Okay, slow down. We don't even know where you are." Lydia tells him.
"You just gotta picture where you want the ring to go. So picture this." Sonic turns his phone around showing them the oncoming trees and mountains.
"Oh my god. Okay." Tom says and gives Lydia his phone.
"Just hang on." Lydia says.
Tom throws the ring and time seems to slow for a moment before they realize nothing happened and the ring flew into the grass.
