RAW
October 30RAW began as Cyber Sunday was right around the corner. Everyone was ready for the matches, though some are still skeptical for the match between Lita and the 9 year old Bad Prince, Michael McMahon. They wondered how would WWE make sure this match would not flop like how Vince made a tag match between him and Shane vs Shawn Michaels and "God".
However, many remembered Michael's skills and felt he's capable of going through the match. Especially when last week, Lita actually wanted to pull out of the match, which shocked everyone. She betrayed Matt, hurt Mick, and went to war with Trish Stratus, but she wants out of the match against Michael?
She was however, refused, stating that this was punishment and a lesson for Michael to learn as he's truly felt he was untouchable over the past year. Edge and Randy agreed, though felt a one on one match was too much. They asked it to be a Six Tag Team Match, but were denied as well.
We start with with Randy Orton and Edge in the ring for the Cutting Edge. After mentioning that it is his birthday, Edge throws us to a clip of Orton beating HHH last week. That was a great moment but it is going to get even better on Sunday when they beat DX in a tag match. The match will feature a special referee so here are all three options: Eric Bischoff, Jonathan Coachman and Vince McMahon.
We get some sales pitches from each, with Bischoff saying that Controversy Creates Cash, which will be proven in his book, which will be released this week. Bischoff talks about the controversies he has created over the years and promises to show us what controversy is on Sunday. Coach talks about the lack of respect he has seen and doesn't have much to say. Vince wraps it up by saying that we need a guest referee tonight, and since Shawn Michaels isn't here, we'll have Orton vs. HHH with Edge as guest referee.
Soon, Vince speaks about the match for his grandson, Michael, against Lita on Cyber Sunday, but to the crowd's displeasure. Vince ignores them as he claims that this will finally set Michael straight as therapy didn't work for him and he humiliated him for far too long.
Suddenly...
The crowd pops as the adults look on surprise.
Jerry: Is he here?!
JR: We haven't seen Michael in a while. We know his absence for a week at a time is common but-Wait a minute!
Soon, Michael comes out, but not in the DX attire he usually wears. Everyone notice he wore a Black Fedora and pants with shoes, along with a familiar red and black jacket with a white undershirt.
The crowd lets out a huge cheer as Michael smiles at them as he spins and poses for them, getting a pop. This shock Vince and the others. How is Michael still have the confidence after being forced into a match?
