∘˚˳°3rd person∘˚˳°
The sound of a motorcycle was heard as (Y/n) drives off the temple and landed on one of the rooftops. She presses on the breaks before she could fall off the building. She looks down at the city as she saw how the Vengestone warriors were taking down everyone and turning them into crystal zombies.
She checks her radar as she checks how far is the warehouse. She then pressed on the gas as she drove off the rooftop and landed on another rooftop. She was determined to find who or whatever the power source comes from...
But she then heard from the radio a familiar voice.
"If you can hear me, if there is anyone out there listening... Our home... *Static* Under attack. Enemies... *Static* ...Our streets... They hope to destroy all that is good... *Static* ...drive us into darkness... *Static* I am here to tell you they will fail! We are not fearful. We are stronger than they know, and we will retake our city! The news never sleeps! Ninja never quit!"
She groans in frustration as destroyed her radio by punching it hard.
(Y/n): "All they talk about is hope, hope, hope... *Sighs* I'm getting pretty f*cking tired of this sh*t..."
She drives off to the distance, going deeper into the city. But hey! Let's get just get back to Lloyd and Garmadon again. Let's see how they are going. Lloyd forces the door open as he makes an orb of energy in his hand and walks into the room with his father.
Garmadon: "What's this?"
Lloyd: "A library."
Garmadon: "Why would anyone build a library in the sewer?"
Lloyd looked to the side as he saw a board that had sketches of a human and a serpent.
Lloyd: "The Serpentine! We've reached the home of the Serpentine! Look!"
He points to the board as Garmadon finally noticed.
Garmadon: "Blech... Amazing anyone can concentrate with this stench."
They walked around the bookshelf as it seemed empty. There was nobody in the room as there were only crystal on the ground, celling, and bookshelves.
Lloyd: "Hello? Scales?"
Lloyd looks around until his gaze landed on a note on the table. He picks it up and reads it out loud.
Lloyd: "Sorry. Closed due to Overlord attack. Will re-open soon..."
Garmadon: "Hmm. I wouldn't bet on it."
Lloyd: "We needed their help."
Garmadon: "The Serpentine wouldn't have made any difference. The only thing that can destroy the Overlord is the power of the Oni. The Oni Form."
Lloyd: "There has to be another way."
Garmadon: "There isn't. Why do you presist in denying your heritage? Embrace your Oni side! Let your anger loose! Let it make you stronger!"
