I'm calling from Seoul Hospital. Is this Ms. Y/N?

Y/N:

Y-Yes, this is she...

[Her grip on the phone tightened, knuckles turning pale. Her heart pounded so violently it felt like it might burst through her chest. Every second stretched unbearably, dread curling in her stomach like ice. Deep down, she already knew. But still....still....she clung to hope, praying this wasn't what it sounded like.]

?:

We contacted you to inform you about two men who were involved in a severe car accident approximately an hour ago. One of them identified himself as Yoon Jeonghan, and the other is Choi Seungcheol. Please come to the hospital immediately.

Call ended.

[The phone slipped from Y/N's hand, hitting the floor with a soft thud. Her knees gave out beneath her, and she collapsed onto the ground, unable to breathe, unable to move. Her mind screamed in silence, drowning in the words she had just heard.]

Hoshi:

Wh–what happened? Yah, Y/N, talk to me! Who was it?

[Hoshi rushed to her side, panic overtaking him as he dropped to his knees and held her shoulders, his voice trembling.]

Y/N:

H-Han... He's... He's in the hospital...

Hoshi:

What?! W-Where? What happened?

[Her lips trembled as she explained between shallow breaths, and the blood drained from Hoshi's face. Everyone else stood frozen in shock, but within seconds, they were grabbing their things, racing out the door, the air thick with fear as they headed to the hospital.]

Hoshi:

Excuse me! We're here for Choi Seungcheol and Yoon Jeonghan.

?:

They're both in the emergency wing. You can see them through there.

[Without wasting a second, everyone rushed down the hallway toward the emergency room. As they burst through the doors, their eyes locked on the two motionless figures lying on hospital beds....Seungcheol with a cast being wrapped around his arm, and Jeonghan surrounded by doctors in hushed urgency.]

Y/N:

D-Doctor... what happened to them?

Doctor:

And you are?

Y/N:

I'm... one of them is my brother.

Doctor:

Mr. Choi sustained a fractured arm. He lost consciousness briefly due to shock, but he's stable now. We're monitoring him closely, but there's no immediate danger.

[The doctor paused, his tone shifting as he turned to glance at Jeonghan.]

Doctor:

As for him... he's in critical condition.

Hoshi:

Wh-what do you mean?

Doctor:

He hit his head....hard. At first, it seemed like he had just passed out, but further tests revealed signs of internal bleeding. It's delicate. If the bleeding worsens, it could cause severe damage to the brain. There's a risk of memory loss... or even a coma.
