At Seungcheol's Home:
[Jeonghan watched Seungcheol intently as he chewed on his sandwich, his gaze filled with curiosity and concern.]
Han:
You still don't remember the girl from your dreams?
[His words were casual, but the underlying worry was evident. Seungcheol sighed, rubbing his temples.]
Cheol:
No... I'm still struggling with that. Sometimes my head hurts like hell. I want to know about her, but every time I try to hear her name or see her face, I wake up.
[His frustration was evident, a mix of desperation and confusion clouding his features. Jeonghan swallowed the last bite of his sandwich and leaned forward slightly.]
Han:
Do you want anyone's help? You know I'm always here for you.
[Seungcheol turned his head towards Jeonghan, a small but sincere smile forming on his lips.]
Cheol:
Thanks, buddy. You really are my brother.
[A comfortable silence settled between them as Seungcheol leaned back in his chair, gazing outside. The evening light bathed the house in a warm, golden hue, but his thoughts felt anything but warm. He inhaled deeply before shifting his gaze back to Jeonghan.]
Cheol:
Tell me, Han-a... what happened to Y/N?
[Jeonghan stiffened at the mention of her name.]
Han:
Huh?
[Confusion flickered in his eyes as he studied Seungcheol's expression. The house was quiet, the air thick with unspoken words. Jeonghan had come early to talk to Seungcheol's father about something, but now, it seemed like Seungcheol had his own questions that weighed just as heavily.
Seungcheol's voice was quieter this time, but firm.]
Cheol:
She tells me that because of me, she lost the one she loved. I want to know what that means. You know I don't remember anything from the past.
[Jeonghan exhaled slowly, his fingers clenching slightly against the armrest.]
Han:
I... that, I can't tell you. This is something you need to ask her yourself. I'm sorry.
[Seungcheol let out a bitter chuckle, shaking his head.]
Cheol:
How can I? She doesn't even want to sit at the same table as me.
[Jeonghan sighed, rubbing the back of his neck.]
Han:
Let's go talk to her. Try to convince her....maybe she'll understand.
[Seungcheol gave a faint smile, but in his heart, he knew that even Jeonghan....despite being older than Y/N....would hesitate to face her temper.]
.............................
Same Day [At Home]:
[Hoshi paced around the living room, his fingers gripping his phone tightly. His eyes darted to the screen every few seconds, his expression growing more worried with each passing moment.]
Hoshi:
Han hyung... Y/N still hasn't come back home. It's pretty late now.
[Seungcheol, who had been resting on the couch, sat up immediately, concern flashing across his face.]
