𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗢𝗡/𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 the weather is rather warm and humid, since the prologue will be taking place within North Exia. Much like the Elven homeland of Ambrosia, North Exia remains the same type of climate. It is not an uncomfortable humidity for the Elves, but the vampires are truly not a fan. The werewolves could care less, the least affected species of the three groups.
𝗜𝗠𝗣𝗢𝗥𝗧𝗔𝗡𝗧 𝗗𝗘𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗟𝗦
◇This chapter takes place in North Exia, the Kingdom of the Elves.
◇The Elves are very spiritual beings and wanted to open up their celebration to the other species to join them, a welcoming party of sorts, mixed with their yearly celebration.
◇The celebration is called "The Festival of Elea" ; which translates to "The Festival of the bright, shining one".
◇During their Festival, the marks that the Elves possess, glow vibrantly and naturally. The Royals have golden marks, whilst the Civilians and lower status Elves have silver, light greens, and light blues. Any color that resembles the nature around them.
◇The glowing marks on the Elves are permanent and they are born with them.
◇The marks that the Elves are born with can also be a symbol of what they might accomplish later in life.
◇The marks are called the marks of Theia; Theia is the goddess of light in Greek mythology.
◇The Elves have multiple gods, their form of 'religion' is based on Greek and its mythology, thus their gods/goddesses are the same. Their homeland of Ambrosia is closely related to the origins of Greek mythology itself. (This is a fantasy world thus normal places that are within our world do not exist. So it does not exist, I am simply comparing Ambrosia to the Greek mythology ways.)
◇All species are attending the festival, there is no bad blood currently as it stands.
◇Elves drink blood from their bonded mates, or intimate friends/partners. They do not do it for nutrients like vampires, but to connect themselves on a deeper level with someone of interest.
◇Feeding for Elves cause them to go into a hallucigenic state; their blood will also have the same euphoric feeling for anyone else who tastes it.
◇Depending on the color of elven blood, depends on just how woozy another species would get. Gold is top tier, then silver, and all others fall beneath it.
◇Elves can either be covered in glowing marks, or just have a few. Their eyes can also glow, again, depending on the Elf themselves.
(Thought I would add a little bit of lore on the Elves. Everyone percieves them differently, I simply enjoy the way I view them. Enjoy!)

t has been a few months since the Elves have crossed the vast, dangerous seas to make another mark on this world. They settled in a very beautiful, dense forested area that reminded them of their home. They also planted their own plant life, and watched it grow into the glorious kingdom it is now.

The time has come for their people, the elves and fae, to celebrate "The Festival of Elea". An extremely sacred festival where they dance, drink sweet nectar based wines, and feast upon their sacred meals; humans.

Though humans are not to everyone's liking, they have also provided the foods that both Vampires and Werewolves would enjoy.

Meat for the wolves.

Blood for the night creatures. Either from the human cadavers,  or from the necks of those willing to satiate their allies.

Elves, unlike most creatures, do not fear the stinging bite of fangs upon their flesh. They are closely related to their Vampire brethren with enjoying the taste of the fresh metallic liquid coating their tongue.
