tried it again, time for a break

oki doki folks. last night i was feeling really high-energy and motivated SO i tried to shift using the "peter pan" method. i got a lot of symptoms and felt like i was really close but unfortunately i lost my focus bc i rolled over in my cr ;-; anyway its fine that i didnt shift BUT i dont want to try too much and tire myself out, so, it is time for a break from shifting attempts (probably nothing too long just a few days to slow down and chill out, then go back to it). i have this new mindset ever since i got close to shifting where im like, "i can take all the time i want, i can shift whenever i want" and ever since getting close has been really freakin easy for some reason lol. i've also been watching shimmey shay's vids on shifting (watched her old livestreams on her elena dr, that was fvckin hilarious) which has motivated me a lot and made me feel even more like i can just shift whenever (which i can obviously i just gotta keep trying but not too hard).

anyyyyway yeah. i'll see you guys once more when i go back to it (:
