updateeee - whats going on recently

hello everyone (who may be reading this), so i havent been trying very hard to shift or ld lately, which was originally cuz of lack of motivation and then bc for about 4 days now i've been going through caffeine withdrawal (had 3 bad headaches in a row over 3 days and then yesterday i was fatigued and nauseated so yeah). i'm starting to get past it now but MAN has it sucked :D anyway i kinda want to start picking things up again but idk where i want to go and i also have other priorities so idk if i'll do it.

i've also been having trouble with lds bc i forget or don't write down my dreams when i wake up in the morning and i always forget to do my rcs so like ;-; my brain is getting nowhere on that one. wbtb seems like a method worth trying for me but i have no way to try it so. . . 

but i mean on the bright side of things my mom's getting me a bottle of juice and also some nice decaf coffee (yay mom!) and i got to eat with chopsticks tonight (:
