shifting realities

FIRST LUCID DREAM LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOO

so i dozed off on my bed this morning it was like ten or so and i was sleepy cuz i got less sleep than usual and anyway i had this really weird dream and toward the end the scenery was making me feel uncomfy cuz it was like an endless freezer section of winn-dixie (which is a grocery store idk if it's really a big thing outside florida) and it was so vibrantly red that i was just like 'ew' and after a moment of being like 'i dont like this' i suddenly had a lightbulb moment and i was like, 'wait a minute im dreaming' and the literal SECOND i had this thought the edges of the dream got blurry and i was like 'oh shit im gonna wake up soon' so i looked at one of my hands and i kid you not it looked like ai art it was terrifying i remember thinking the moment i saw it 'WHOA THAT'S WEIRD'

i tried spinning around to ground myself in the dream cuz i heard somewhere that that's supposed to help but i woke up halfway through the spin ;-; still it was REALLY cool bc i wasnt even actively trying to induce a lucid dream (i took a break from trying to lucid dream when i lost motivation to shift) and it was somehow just a lot different than i expected

anyway yeah that was really fun and cool, i cant wait to get the hang of doing it lol
