I take advantage of my alone time as Yuzuru goes and discusses some boring technical stuff with the technical team to message Himari.
Suzuka: just finished watching one progam😋

Himari: cool

Suzuka: is something wrong? are you mad at me?

I know Himari can be short tempered sometimes, but it's not like her to suddenly be this cold, so I end up sulking by myself in the corner until someone joins my sad bubble.
" Why so down?" I look up towards the voice, finding Yuzuru looking down at me like a curious cat. Argh, I never want him to stop looking at me.
" Nothing," I lie, trying to look directly at him. "You were great on the ice. I hope you liked my costume."
" Thanks, I love your costume," he smiles at me and I bite the insides of my cheek so I don't end up looking like a cheshire cat in front of him.
" Oh, there's gonna be a team dinner this Friday, if you'd like to come. I'll text you all the info later."
I only manage to nod. If I'd like to come? I would be crazy if I wouldn't love to come.
After missing a few of his other programs to do paperworks with his manager and some maintenance of his costume, I finally returned to my spot on the sidelines.
My pulse quickens at every delicate move he makes, its pretty dark, but Yuzuru seems to glow, it might be the spotlights but it seems almost ethereal. I don't even mind the fact that my face is probably as red as strawberries, or I'm grinning to myself.
Not sure why I'm so in my feelings about this. He's just my client and I'm just watching him skate. So why do I want to be more than that?
I'm not gonna get any younger so I might as well embrace this feeling.
