A Child Again?

Chapter 36

Third Person's Pov:

Dabi had taken Bakugou into a different room to try and calm him down while also debating on escaping with the small child once again.
Todoroki continued to wait for them to return, he was mad at himself for acting recklessly. Todoroki is just scared that he will never have the same old Bakugou and Midoriya by his side anymore.

He was scared of being alone again. He had formed a strong friendship with Bakugou and Midoriya, he's only ever felt really happy being with them.

Bakugou finally calms down and was looking down at his lap as he sat on the counter.
Dabi sighed cause he knew he couldn't keep running away. Dabi once again picked up Bakugou before returning to the living room.

"S-Sho Sho..?" Bakugou called out so the dual-haired teen looked up.

"Bakugou, I'm so so sorry." Todoroki apologized before holding out his hand. He was hoping for Bakugou to take it but Bakugou shook his head before hiding his face in Dabi's shirt.

"No! Don't want to leave Dabi!" Bakugou cried out.

"Bakugou, we have to go back, we need to get your memories back, you only have a few days left before every memory is gone!" Todoroki tried to explain to the child.

"No wanna!" Bakugou said in return.

"Bakugou please! We have to!" Todoroki pleaded to the child but in return he was flipped off. "Dabi please help me here, you don't want to be the main reason that makes him lose his memory for good, do you?" Todoroki pleaded to the villain.

Dabi looked down at Bakugou then back at Todoroki. He knew Todoroki was right but he didn't want to lose his buddy. Dabi sighs before positioning Bakugou so that he was looking up at him.

"He's right bud, we need to get you back to normal.." After hearing Dabi he pouted. Bakugou has been really happy and was worried he wouldn't get to see Dabi ever again..

Tsu and Mr. Aizawa were in rhe car with little Midoriya. A hero that had heard about their predicament had found someone with the cure they were looking for.

"Mr. Aizawa?' Tsu looks over at her teacher. "What if it doesn't work? What if they both run out of time...kero."

"Well, I don't know really. If they really lose their memory we'll probably have to remove them from campus..." Mr. Aizawa answered before looking into the mirror so he could see Midoriya who was playing with an All Might toy they found in his room.

"They'd have to be removed from campus? Where would we send them? Aren't you still having issues contacting Bakugou's parents?" Tsu questioned.

"For right now let's pick up Todoroki and hope this person can actually help." He answered while moving his focus back to the road as they entered a dirty looking parking garage where they find Todoroki talking to Dabi who was still holding Bakugou.

"Can't he come with us?" Bakugou asked while pouting and trying to get Todoroki to take him as well.

"I'm sorry Bakugou, I wanna talk to him more too but he chose his side and isn't on ours." Todoroki said which hurt the villain.

Dabi just felt a sharp pain in his chest after his little brother said that. Dabi let's out a sigh before handing Mr. Aizawa the little blond.

"Tsu." Mr. Aizawa called. Just a second after being called Dabi was put in handcuffs.

"No! What are you doing?!" Bakugou cried out as a police car arrived to take Dabi. "No! Don't do it! Don't take him away!" Bakugou starts reaching for Dabi but Mr. Aizawa started putting Bakugou in the car seat. Bakugou started kicking his feet while swinging his arms Bakugou even started screaming.

Dabi didn't fight the heroes, he could've escaped easily but decided not to. He hated hearing Bakugou cry and scream but he only looked back once before being stuffed into the backseat of the car.

Once Dabi was out of sight, Bakugou exploded. His hair spiked up, his hands were sparking, and his face was covered in both tears and snot.

"Calm down Bakugou..." Todoroki tries to calm the blond down as Mr. Aizawa erased his quirk before anyone got hurt.

As the police car moved away and out of their sight, Bakugou cried harder before finally stopping and just looking down at his lap.
Deku tilts his head because he didn't understand why Bakugou was so attached to the stranger. Deku pats Bakugou's back and tries to share his All Might toy.

Bakugou growls at the sight of the toy before smacking Deku's hand away.

"Don't. Touch me." Bakugou said in a cold tone which caused the small greenette to shiver a bit as Tsu looked over at Mr. Aizawa.

"We should get going.."
