Third Person's Pov:
Mina sitting on ground still crying. Why is it always Bakugou that goes missing! Why couldn't it of been some random student? She complained.
Deku had been reunited with his classmates. He was currently in Kaminari's arms with Monoma right next to him. He was the one holding Midoriya moments ago and the greenette was shaken up pretty bad when they were escaping UA.
Half of 1A were helping out the stragglers while others like Uraraka, Cementos, Aizawa, and Sero worked on putting their school back together. It was a hard job but they did it. There weren't any cracks or leaks, it was perfect still.
Deku finally calms down after witnessing the school be pieced back together like a puzzle but with a lot of big and tiny pieces.
Once the school was together again, Sero and Uraraka gave each other a high five before the ravenette went over to Mina.
"Look Mina! We pieced the school back together!" Sero exclaimed but was shot a glare from Mina.
"I- sorry...I wanted to bring you some good news in an attempt to make you feel better...." Sero tried to explain with sad smile that replaced his happy one.
"Sorry Sero, don't take that personally, I'm worried about Bakugou." Mina said while looking down.
"You know, honestly, I ain't worried at all." Sero starts to say.
"What?! How could you not be worried?!" Mina exclaimed while jumping to her feet with anger replacing all her other emotions.
"Think about it! When we first saw the image of Bakugou and Dabi on the news. Didn't you see Bakugou's face?! He wasn't scared at all! Both him and Dabi were laughing!" Sero explains.
"That doesn't mean anything!" Mina shouted while punching his chest a few times. "He's safer with us!"
"Safer with us? Mina! Did you not see what happened?! Because of us, not only did students get hurt, but so did Bakugou! Shinsou said it himself! Whenever he is with us he almost drowns, almost got crushed to death, and Midoriya almost became a pancake! Do you not see?! Kids aren't safe with us!" Exclaimed, catching the attention of classmates passing by.
Mina had gone silent as she thought about what he said. As much as she wanted to deny it, he was right, UA wasn't safe for kids...Bakugou and Midoriya have been put in danger many times now. When they were regular size and now we've never been able to keep them safe.....
Dabi yawns before his eyes opened. He felt the little weight on his chest was gone so he jumped to his feet and looked around the apartment for Bakugou.
Dabi only found Bakugou after hearing a crash come from the kitchen. When Dabi spotted Bakugou, the first thing he noticed was how Bakugou was covered head to toe in flour.
"Hahaha what happened?!" Dabi asked the little blond who was now pouting.
"Wanted a snack." Bakugou answered. Dabi couldn't help but chuckle as helped Bakugou get something to eat. He surprisingly found a pack of gold fish and before handing Bakugou some, he checked the expiration date.
After making sure it was okay for Bakugou to eat, he poured a small amount into a cup before handing it to the little guy.
"Alright, go eat at the table so I can clean this up."
"Sowwy.." Bakugou said before moving away from the mess.
Dabi started cleaning up the mess. He was surprisingly not mad Bakugou so he didn't even think about disciplining Bakugou. Instead he let Bakugou eat before taking him to the bathroom.
He started filling the tub but he hadn't paid the oil bill yet so he had to warm the water up with the help of his quirk.
Dabi's Pov:
"Ready buddy?" I asked Bakugou but noticed he was fiddling with his fingers. "What's the matter? Want me to get in with you?" I asked and he smiled again so I took It as a yes.
I helped him get undressed before placing Bakugou in the tub before taking my own stuff off and getting in with Bakugou.
Once in, I placed a hand over Bakugou's forehead to prevent water from getting into his eyes as I began pouring water on Bakugou's hair. I focused on washing the flour of Bakugou before grabbing a bottle of shampoo.
"Alright Bakugou, keep your eyes shut, I don't want any soap to hurt your eyes" I told Bakugou who happily complied.
I put some shampoo in my hand and rubbed them together before gently running my hands through his hair. Once his hair was all soapy I rinsed my hands off in the water before wiping Bakugou's forehead, making sure no soap was on his forehead.
"Alright buddy, you are good for now. I told Bakugou before leaning back against the tub walls, relaxing into the warm water. I watched Bakugou play around with the water, he pretended his hand was a fish for a bit before trying to blow bubbles with his soapy hands. I watched Bakugou have his fun, it was amusing.
After a little while I think Bakugou got bored of playing so he turned around to face me.
"Hmm? What's up bud?" I questioned and he seemed to be interested in my scars because he started tracing them a bit.
"Do they hurt...?" Bakugou asked and I could tell he felt bad even though he wasn't the cause of them.
"No, I'm alright. It did when I first got them but not anymore." I replied before nuzzling my nose against his which caused my little friend to giggle before nuzzling back.
Time Skip
I was currently dressed as the tub drained. I had Bakugou swaddled up in a towel as I looked for something he could wear. I found some old stuff that I used to wear after leaving my family. Probably the smallest thing I had in this apartment. It was a pair of cargo shorts and a white hoodie with a black stripe going down the sides.
I started to hear happy giggles so I turned around. When I did, I watched Bakugou sprint past me.
"Hey! Get Back here!" I started to chase after Bakugou, he was full of so much energy, I was struggling to catch Bakugou. I started to get worried about him slipping so I decided to trip myself and fall to the ground before pretending to be dead.
Third Person Pov:
Bakugou heard a thud behind him so he quickly spun around, when Bakugou saw Dabi lying on the ground he thought it was a trick so kept a distance. He waited and waited for Dabi to get up but after a while he actually started to get worried.
"D-Dabi?" he called out in a sad tone before making his way over to Dabi. Still, Dabi laid on the ground staying silent. Bakugou tried to shake Dabi awake but it had no effect on the taller male so Bakugou started to sniffle as he shook harder.
Dabi finally engulfed Bakugou into a tight hug, startling the blond.
"B-Bastard! You scared me!" Bakugou cried out while
"Awe, I'm sorry Bakugou. To be fair, the thought of you slipping scared me." Dabi said in return before carrying Bakugou over to the couch before helping him get dressed.
Once done helping the blond out, Dabi went and gathered all the dirty laundry before but felt something in his pocket so he pulled it out. When he spotted Hawk's feather he smirked. he decided to hold the feather up to his lips before blowing at it slowly. He knew Hawks could feel anything and everything that happens to each of his feathers. The feather in Dabi's hand tried to escape Dabi's grasp but the ravenette trapped it in a small glass jar he had before locking the feather up in a tiny safe he owned.
As Dabi finished up he looked over at Bakugou to see him going through my wallet.
"Ah! Hey! What are you doing?!" Dabi confronted Bakugou who pulls an image out of his wallet and of course it ended up being the same photo of Hawks that Bakugou found under his pillow back at the LOV base.
"Oi! Put that ba-" Dabi ordered but was suddenly shoved into the wall by ice.
