𝑺𝒖𝒓𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒔

"Luna, someone's here for you."
My assistant knocked on the door as I finished getting dressed in my dressing room.
"That's weird, I thought you don't let anyone in here?"
I answered being rather confused as I put in my second earring and opened the door to her. She smiled and immediately led me to the little cafe next to the set.
"Wait here."
She smiled and left me confused at a table.

I felt a hand on my shoulders as I zoned out and snapped out of it. I whipped my head around to see...no one?
"Over here silly!"
I hear from across from me and I look.
"Bill! What are you doing here?"
Bill was standing across from me with a small bouquet of roses in one hand.
"I wanted to see you! I asked your manager and he said you're free after lunch so we can go to the beach earlier than expected!"
I was beaming with excitement as I felt my cheeks warm up lightly.
"You came all the way here...for me?"
The drive from our hotel to the studio was an hour and sometimes an hour and a half because of traffic.
"Why wouldn't I?"
He smiled with a slightly tilted head as he sat down and gave me the bouquet.
"Thank you Bill...this is really sweet of you."
I smile as I take in the nice smell of the perfectly red roses.
"It's the least I can do!"
He winked at me and giggled a bit, he looked so happy it made my heart melt and forget all about what happened. Then again...I can't get that image out of my head...of him and...
"So, let's go! I know a nice restaurant at the beach!"
He interrupted my thoughts as he was already standing next to me, tugging at my hand a bit like an overexcited child, ready to go on their favorite ride.

Back at the hotel I chose a comfortable swimsuit and got my beach bag ready as I heard a knock on my door. Expecting it to be Bill, I opened the door with a bright smile, his excitement had rubbed off on me.
"Hey, whatcha doin?"
My smile faded a bit as I saw Tom standing outside my door with his oh so recognizable smirk.
"Tom?"
He chuckled and came in, making sure to check me out before he does which in turn made me unbelievably uncomfortable. It wasn't that it was Tom, it was just anyone looking at my body made me uncomfortable.
"I'm kinda bored, just got dumped."
He says in a really chill voice as he plops down on my bed.
"What? Are you ok?"
He started laughing and I just raised an eyebrow.
"Of course I'm ok! I'd rather have a girl dump me than me dumping a her. Feels unfair. Anyway, what are you up to? My brother seemed too happy today so I suspected it was your doing?"
I chuckled at his mention of Bills unbelievably good mood.
"Well we're going to the beach together but I also don't really know why he's that excited."
We both chuckled a bit and Tom stood up.
"Well too bad. I was gonna invite you to a party or something but seems like my brother won't allow that."
He snickered and walked to the door.
"What do you mean?"
He started laughing and turned towards me again.
"He's so desperate omg. Anyway, see ya!"
And with that he leaves my hotel room. Desperate? Bill? Could it be? I chuckled a bit again, thinking about this whole encounter. Tom just got broken up with and his first thought is to come into my room...either way, he always finds a way to make me laugh.

As I headed out of my hotel room to Bills, I bumped straight into him.
"Oh I'm sorry!"
He said as he patted my arms a bit to see if he hurt me, he looked really concerned which just made me giggle.
"I'm fine Bill!"
He stopped and took a small step back, his excitement illuminating his face once again.
"Alright, let's go!"
He took my hand and started walking to the elevators rather quickly, he seemed really eager to get to the beach.
"Bill wait! Go a bit slower! I can barely keep up!"
I said as I struggled to keep up with him.
"Oh I'm sorry. I didn't realize I was going to fast.."
He came to a stop at the elevators and looked at his feet but still had that excitement present in his expression.
"It's ok Bill, I'm also excited."
I smiled and he looked back at me with the most heartfelt smile I'd ever seen...
