𝑩𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒔 𝑷𝑶𝑽: the day prior

We finally flew back to LA, luckily I didn't have to convince our producer because we had a few interviews and a concert in Hollywood.

"What's up?"
My brother bumped me a bit as I was listening to music in the plane. I guess he noticed, I just can't get her out of my head.
"Hm? Oh nothing."
He smirked at me which just made me roll my eyes, he knew what was on my mind and just huffed. He bumped me again.
"I know what's on your mind. She'll call you, I know it!"
I just shook my head, I hadn't lost hope but I couldn't bare thinking about it. What if she's trying to call me and I don't get the call because I'm on the plane? No, I already called Grace this morning, well at 1AM.

You must be wondering why I don't just call Luna, well I lost her number. My phone fell when I was on stage and yeah I'm not getting that back. I only have Graces number because Luna wrote it down for me.

"Cmon Bill, cheer up! We'll be closer to her now that we'll be in Hollywood and I'm sure we could even find the hospital she's at."
That made my heart skip a beat, it was true we could find her hospital! I could visit her!

We had a radio interview in a building next to a hospital. As we arrived the fans were already storming the car. I really appreciate them, I mean they're the reason I'm in LA in the first place.

"Could we go to the hospital after the interview?"
My manager raised an eyebrow at me as we entered the building and looked me up and down.
"You look fine to me."
I shook my head and chuckled.
"Not for me, I wanna visit...a friend."
She chuckled and nodded.
"Sure just don't be too long, we have a diner planned."
I nodded and was beaming with excitement. I mean I might get to see her wake up!

I couldn't stop smiling at the thought of seeing her be ok and so the interview started with him asking us how we are because of my smile.

I turned on the radio, music could be nice. I love listening to music so when Christina Aguilera was heard through the little box on my bed side table I couldn't help but bop my head. I wanted to dance but couldn't even move my hips from side to side on the bed, the pain was so unbearable.

As the song came to an end the radio guys started talking about something, I was about to turn off the radio until I heard him introduce a band. I wasn't gonna miss out on an interview now was I?
"Hello and I welcome you Tokio hotel! Thank you so much for coming!"
The guy said in a cheerful voice which made me smile a bit, I wish I could just sit there and interview someone.
"Thank you for inviting us!"
A male voice replied to him, that voice sounded oddly familiar but it was probably just because I heard the bands songs before or something.

"How are you guys today? I see that Bill is really happy!"

Bill? That name again! I guess that familiar voice was his.

"Well I might meet an old friend today so I'm quite excited."

Old friend? Damn that person must be lucky to be friends with a famous person.

"That does sound exciting! They might even be listening in right now!"

I heard a small snicker which made me smile, I just enjoyed hearing human emotion since it's been so long...

"Well, how's the tour been so far? I mean this is your second time in LA right?"

I listened carefully as the rest of the band spoke, a German accent very prominent in their pronunciations. It's still strange for me that people only talk to me in English here, I mean the only person I could talk German with was Grace which made me happy that she woke me up, I mean who knows what would've happened if I didn't speak German? No, I couldn't just forget a whole language.

The interview went on for a bit until the radio guy said goodbye and so did the band, their voices faded out into a song that sounded so familiar. It was probably by them, the guy singing kept repeating "running through the monsoon."
So I assumed that was the name of the song.

I was just about to fall asleep when I heard a knock on my door.

The interview went by in what felt like five minutes but the thing the guy said about Luna maybe listening intrigued me. What if she woke up? What if she heard me? What if she...

"So Bill you wanted to go to the hospital?"
My manager snapped me out of my thoughts and I nodded my head happily. I knew the fans were still outside the building but that didn't stop me from getting to that hospital.

As we walked out of the building the fans screamed in excitement as the band got into the taxi and my manager basically hid me away from the crowd. We did a pretty good job at hiding because no one noticed that I never entered the taxi.

At the reception I started walking faster and faster until my manager caught up.
"Calm down Bill, we're in a hospital."
Oh right. And I still had to ask her room...

"Hello we would like to visit Luna Dumont."
The receptionist took a good look at me and my manager and sighed.
"Are you related or legal guardians?"
Me and my manager shook our heads.
"No but we're close friends."
The woman sat up in her chair and looked at us.
"Sorry kid but I'm only allowed to let relatives in."

That sentence made my heart drop.
