"Dunk" Net saw Dunk holding his arm and ran to him

He reached Dunk

"Is this trail of blood yours?"  Net asked
"Yes" Dunk answered

Net looks suspicious

"Why did you release them?!"  Net asked

"It's not your business"

"Is it because of this Joong?"

"You're just my bodyguard, you're not supposed to ask me questions"

"No"

"What does this  no mean??"

"I'm not just your bodyguard"

Net kissed Dunk but Dunk quickly broke free of the kiss

"what the hell was that?"  Dunk asked taking a step back

"I love you" Net said and turned red

"You don't" Dunk answered him and put a hand on his shoulder

"I do" Net insisted taking Dunk's hand off his shoulder and holding his hands

"You're not...the person you're in love with is James" Dunk smiled at him

"No I love you. James is just my childhood friend"

"I saw how you looked at him, how you take care of him...it's a different way than the way you look at me or Gemini and take care of us..."

"You confuse love with your duty to take care of me"

Dunk hugged him and Net hugged Dunk back

"I'll continue on my own towards the palace you should talk to James" Dunk released his hands and started walking leaving Net stunned in the forest

After a few minutes Net started walking towards his house

He arrived at his and James's room and saw James in the middle of changing his shirt

He came in and held James and hugged him

James didn't understand but hugged him back

Net cried in his arms and James comforted him

After long minutes of crying they sat down on the bed

"What happened?"  James was worried

"Can I check something?"  Net asked

"Check what?"

Net leaned in and kissed James

After long seconds James broke free and was red

"Dunk was right" Net muttered to himself

"About what?"

"That I love you"

James froze he's been waiting for Net to say those words to him for years but he wanted him to know a few more things about him before that...more precisely one thing...about the gang

"I..."

"You what?"  Net held his hands and smile

"I need to tell you something"

James tells him that he is part of the gang and Net's smile slowly faded

When James finished speaking Net stood up and headed for the door

"Net" James said hoarsely with tears in his eyes

"I need time to think" Net left the room leaving James there in the dark crying
