"It's fun, I promise," Sun-yi ensured as she, (Y/n), and Chi-yeol sat on one of the four sides of the Space Shot. There were technically six sides, but only four of the sides had seats."Is it like one of those swing rides where you spin in the air?" (Y/n) asked.
"Uh... Yeah, sure," Sun-yi nodded. (Y/n) eyed her before cautiously lowering the part that would hold her in. She struggled to clip it in, resulting in Chi-yeol helping her out. She discovered quite quickly she was trying to get it in the wrong way. Wu-taek went around once again making sure all safety measures were in place.
"It's weird seeing you so responsible," Bo-ra commented from a different part of the ride where she was sitting beside Ae-seol.
"Fuck off," Wu-taek said, heading over to the control panels. "Are we ready?"
"Yeah!" the class hollered back.
"I feel bad for letting Sun-yi trick her," So-yeon commented, watching as the ride shot right up into the air, pulling screams from all of them. At the top, the ride came to a long stop, building up their anxiety.
"What if the ride broke down with us up here?" Deok-jung blurted, his voice sounding panicked.
"Why the hell would you say that?" So-yun cried from a different part of the ride.
"I bet this would be pretty if the area was lit—" (Y/n) was once again cutting herself off with a scream as the ride plummeted to the ground. Everyone else around her was also screaming their heads off. About fifty feet from the ground, the ride stopped and slowly lowered itself the rest of the way to the ground. Sun-yi giggled upon spotting (Y/n) was tightly hugging her seatbelt with her head bowed in terror. "I'm never trusting any of you again!" she gasped out.
"You flipped off of a building. Pardon me for thinking you weren't scared of heights," Bo-ra called.
"That's different! I had control in that situation!"
"Yeah, and no safety nets!"
"That's... unimportant."
"Good grief," Bo-ra mumbled as they all unbuckled themselves and looked around for the next ride to go on.
"What about the music express?" Yu-jeong suggested, pointing to a circular ride on a track.
"Of course," (Y/n) nodded. Yu-jeong smiled and held her hand out for (Y/n), who took it and let Yu-jeong lead the way. For the first round, Na-ra, (Y/n), and Yu-jeong rode together. Deok-jung was manning the controls and for the second time on the ride, everyone rode in their own cart. (Y/n) closed her eyes, resting her head on the back of the seat as her hair whipped in her face due to them going backward.
"(Y/n), scoot over!" Ha-na said as she and Yeon-ju came to ride with the girl. (Y/n) obliged and they waited for the ride to start again. When it did, Ha-na took both girls' hands and raised them in the air, something that (Y/n) didn't mind for the first time. After the music express, they headed over to a ride that seemed to throw everyone around based on how the operator handed things. (Y/n) chose against riding it due to Sun-yi having been the one to suggest it. Deok-jung got to man the controls and the music the ride was playing (based on a limited tracklist). He flung the kids all around, having a blast watching them try to grab on the seats and railing to stop from falling. Jang-su, Wu-taek, Chun-ho, (Y/n), and So-yeon watched them with fond smiles as the others waved down at them, calling their names.
"Want to ride the train?" Wu-taek asked.
"Yes."
"No," Jang-su and So-yeon answered at the same time as (Y/n)'s answer.
