CHAPTER - 28

Flash back :-

Mrs. Kim was alone in her house as tae was out with his friends. She was in kitchen when she heard the doorbell ringing. She opened the door and saw mr. Kim standing there with a devilish smile

Mrs. Kim - what are you doing here?

Mr. Kim - i came here to see my beautiful wife.

Mrs. Kim - i don't want to see your face.

Saying this she was about to shut the door when mr. Kim grabbed her hand and pushed her harshly.

Mr. Kim - Taehyung is not home right? Let's take this opportunity to punish you for what you said the other day. Are you ready darling?

Mrs. Kim - wh-what do you mean?

Mr. Kim - you'll know it soon

Saying this he started to unbuckling his belt and was about to hit his wife when someone grabbed the belt from behind.

Mr. Kim looked behind furiously. To see a boy standing behind him holding his belt. Yes it was jungkook

Mr. Kim - who the fuck are you?

Jungkook - it doesn't matter.

Mr. Kim - then mind your own business and get the hell out of here don't try to be a hero overhere.

Jungnkook - just because you're taehyung's dad. I'm giving you the one and only chance to leave them alone and get the fuck out of their lives.

Mr. Kim - and what if i won't?

Jungkook - trust me you don't wanna know

Mr. Kim laughed and said

Mr. Kim - you think you can protect them? Go and look yourself in the mirror boy. Your face is looking pale. You're looking like you're going to die soon.

Jungkook clenched his fist and said

Jungkook - you have lost your chance now

Without wasting a single second jungkook punched him hard resulting him to fall down. Mrs. Kim flinched at the sudden action. Jungkook started to throw punches on his face aggressively

Jungkook while punching his face - this one is for making aunty crying , this one is for making her life a living hell , this one is for ruining taehyung's childhood , this one is for making him suffer , this one is for making him hate everyone

Mrs. Kim came back to her senses when she realized that the boy will kill him. She went to them and tried to seperate boy from her husband.

Mrs. Kim - leave him please , or you'll kill him.

Hearing mrs. Kim's sobs he left the half conscious body of mr. Kim and went to mrs. Kim.

Jungkook - i-im sorry aunty i didn't mean to scare you

He brought water for her and calmed her down. After sometime she finally calmed down.

Jungkook - i am sorr-

But jungkook got cut off when mrs. said

Mrs. Kim - no , infact thank you mr.?

Jungkook - umm I'm jeon jungkook

Mrs. Kim - you're taehyung's friend?

Jungkook - ab umm yeah. I actually came here to see him and i need to handover this box to him.

Mrs. Kim - tae has went to hangout with kai and jack. I think they have gone to the club. But you may give this box to me I'll give it to him for you.

Jungkook - ah no aunty. I'll give it to him by myself. Thank you.

Mrs. Kim - jungkook can i ask you something?

Jungkook - sure aunty

Mrs. Kim - Taehyung never told anyone about his father. How do you know about it?

Jungkook - umm we are close friends. So he told me

Mrs. Kim - close friends? But i never heard your name from his mouth.

Jungkook - actually we-

Mrs. Kim - leave it , i'm sorry you helped me and I'm asking you these stupid questions.

Jungkook - aunty

Mrs. Kim - yes?

Jungkook - will you promise me something?

Mrs. Kim - promise? what is it?

Jungkook - whatever happened today will you keep this a secret?

Mrs. Kim - but i need to tell tae about it.

Jungkook - please aunty

Mrs. Kim sighed and said

Mrs. Kim - um okay

Flash back ends

Mrs. Kim - After that day , your father never showed up.

Taehyung was not ready for this , he was already feeling like to die and now after knowing that jungkook was the one who freed him from this hell , his guilt was killing him inside. Taehyung wanted to die. He wanted to go to his kookie. He wanted to hug him so tight and never let him go anywhere but it was too late , taehyung can do nothing but to regret each and every bad deeds he had done to his kookie.

Taehyung looked at his mother with tears in his swollen eyes .

Tae's p.o.v - I'm sorry kookie , i-i can't. My mom has no one beside me. If I'll die then he-he will kill my mom. My mom , kookie i can't leave her alone in this cruel world. You can hate me all you want baby but i-i just can't leave her. Although living without you won't be any better than dying but i can't

Tae started crying harder and harder. He cried his heart out till his eyes stopped tearing , throat jammed and head started spinning . Mrs. Kim couldn't help but to sob with her son looking at his condition.
