Chapter Seventeen

Allegra Genova POV

I took a seat and looked at mom and Amedeo, Anto then took a seat next to me and Adal decided to leave. Mom looked like she was about to tell me that I am adopted or something. 

"Tell me already" I said. 

"Allegra this might be hard for you to hear and to understand but it was for your best and we did it for you" Amedeo said and my mind went through every single bad thing that they could ever say. My mom got closer to me and held my hands. 

"Your dad is Amedeo and Antonio is your brother" Mom said, at first I just laughed at first thinking it was a joke, but when I saw that no one else was laughing with me I knew it wasn't some joke. They have got to be kidding, and it did give me a second before I actually understood what she was saying. How? Why? What? I can't believe her, she has been keeping this away from me.

"I know this is hard for you to understand an-" She said but I cut her off. 

"HARD FOR ME, HARD FOR ME" I yelled and got up. 

"Having a test that I haven't studied for would be hard for me to understand, this is easy to understand. You lied to me" I said. I tried to walk away but they didn't let me. 

"Listen I know you feel like I lied to you, but we did what we had to do" She then said and I scoffed. 

"So you also knew but you didn't want to say anything" I said and pointed at Amedeo. 

"If you could just sit down we would tell you the whole story" Amedeo said.

After a while they told me everything, like everything. From my so called dad kidnapped mom to what Alek did and how he kidnapped me and everything. I was crying feeling like they have been lying about so much to me. They could have done something different there was another way. 

"So all the dreams I told you about and you said it was nothing it was all true" I said and mom was just sad. 

"I gotta go" I said and quickly got up and left the house. I then took the bike and rode it to my and Dimitris' place. I sat on the edge of the mountain and just cried. I couldn't believe this, how can mom hide this and lie to my face. I just sat there alone in the dark but I then could hear something behind me, so I looked around and saw Dimitri standing there. I got up and hugged him. 

"What's wrong? Is everything ok?" He said and that just made me cry even more. 

"No they lied to me" I said and he just looked confused at me. I then looked at him and he just then knew. 

"Did they tell you everything?" He asked and I nodded my head yes, he then sighs and looks away. 

"I get it if you don't want to be with me now that you know everything'' He said and I just hugged him tightly. 

"No never, I cant judge you for what your brother did, you two are different people and you treat me so much better" I said and looked at him, I could see him smiling. 

"I love you dragotsennyy!" He said. 

"Can I sleep over at your house?" I asked him. 

"Of course," He said. When we got to his house I immediately felt so much comfortable here. 

"Where is Olga, I want to say hi" I said and he just chuckled. 

"She is in the kitchen" He said and followed me into the kitchen. Olga was making dinner and also helping out in the kitchen. 

"Olga" Dimitri said and she turned around and saw me. She squinted with excitement and walked over to me and hugged me. 

"I'm so happy, but what are you doing here?" She asked me and I just looked over at Dimitri and he nodded.
