" so mind telling us what you're doing here?"

They had thought that he would read some books about computer or something along those lines but no... Izuku was currently reading books about law and restrictions available in the library. normal law and regulations, quirk law that existed now and the old ones that are no longer in place.

" Kid... No offense or anything but you were just yesterday talking about erasing the guys who wrote those laws you're reading right now out of existence...."

" What En meant to ask was why the fu- fluff you're reading something so unnecessary "

Daigoro quickly changed his words after he felt a chill behind him back. He discreetly still a glance behind his back only to see Nana and yoichi smiling at him. Daigoro gulped as he quickly looked the other way.

Izuku was reading the book he had on his hand on one hand and typing away with the other on his laptop about anything he found interesting and relevant. 

' you know i can't do anything yet so i'm trying to find a few ways to screw with them with out getting into trouble. ' 

"thats...."

".... Terrifying...."

Izuku heard some mumbles about being more destructive and terrifying then all of them combined. he just smiled his innocent and sweet angelic smile and continued to read. 

Izuku had read some law books but the numbers were limited and it was some time ago so he had to refresh his memory.

" and all done" izuku said as wrote down the last sentence. he stood up and stretched out his muscles. he had spent all morning working on this. he now had an good idea how he could screw them over and make his dream a reality....

but that comes later. now he was running late to his meeting to hawks. he sure as hell didn't want that. hawks will never let him live that one down for the rest of his life. so izuku packed up his laptop in his bag and bolted from the library to his meeting place with hawks. 

it was a old unused factory building. it was very big and clean inside despite how it looked from the outside. 

the one for all users were also awed by it. 

"Does someone maintain it? it doesn't look abandoned at all." 

" well that's because-"

"someone's here"

second cut off izuku before he could finish speaking. he stiffened up but soon return to normal.

'where?'

Izuku did not turn around as he tried to look around to fined the other person without alerting the other party. he continued his away to the center as he casually and nonchalantly put both his hand behind his back into his jacket from the front.

Izuku knew that hawks would have already jumped on him the moment he came in if it were him. so it wasn't hawks. and second couldn't warn him if it was him... 

" behind " then he felt a danger coming right for him from behind.

"duck!! " they didn't need to tell him twice. he quickly ducked to the side as he turned around with both his quirk and swords activated. he sliced the other round of blue flame coming for him in half. 

what caught his attention was the flash of blue eyes he saw before flames of the same color was sent towards him.
