Dedicated to each individual person who has taken the ten seconds out of their day to help make me a better writer and a better person. Thank you so much, I appreciate it more than you can ever imagine. Keep going my friends. My constant readers :)

The others all came in within seconds of each other and there was much rejoicing and the asking of how I was. It wasn't long before it was hard just to hold my head up. We had moved to the library and I was seated in a comfortable lounge chair. I decided to close my eyes and listen to the rest of them converse.

It seemed like seconds later I was awakened by the soft swaying of being carried. My exhausted mind grasped to the idea that I was young again. That my family had just watched a movie together and I had fallen asleep. That my dad was carrying me up to my bed while him and my sister talked softly about whether they had liked the movie or not. I smiled and snuggled into the warm chest, making a small sound of contentment in the back of my throat and softly falling back into the black.

I opened my eyes to brilliant sunlight. I felt good, much better than before. I stretched, arching my toes and grinning and when I checked, my bullet wound was just another scar of a memory. I stood and was overbalanced with dizziness. But it went away quickly and I walked slowly over to my wardrobe, drawing out clothes to wear and then moving on to the bathroom.

I looked guant, and tired. But there was only a shadow of a bruise on my cheek and I figured I looked much better than I had before. I saw that the new necklace The Man had befitted me with was gone and I shrugged, thinking 'good riddance.' So, I turned on the shower to almost scalding temperatures and stepped in, moaning as the hot water touched my skin.

I washed my hair and body, the water so hot it didn't allow my mind to wander away where I didn't want it to. But I was beginning to get a headache. I was probably just hungry. I got that from my dad. I decided I should tell Sfin anyway though, just to be safe. My hands also shook when I was food deprived, and they weren't now.

The shower lasted awhile but it had to end sometime. So, I turned the water off and after dressing and brushing my hair (which was one big knot) I shut off the lights and walked to the kitchen. It was still early but people were already beginning to flood into the kitchen.

Luke approached my and threw his arms around me. "You feel better?" I asked, pulling away and smiling. He grinned and there were tears in his eyes.

"I can't believe you went back for me El," He spoke.

I smiled, "I would do it again."

I drew away and looked around. Logan was watching me with a slight smile on his face and Dillan was munching on toast while watching me with bright eyes. Amy was stretched up and trying to change the lightbulb with the help of Sfin in the corner while Lee had her head buried in the fridge.

Lee suddenly cursed and she withdrew her head from the fridge. "We're out of milk."

"I'll go get some." Dillan volunteered.

"Me too," Logan said.

"And me," I added.

"I'll come too," Both Amy and Luke said. Lee blinked, looking at us all and shrugged.

"Well, alright," she said, and reached into the pocket of her Hunter garb to hand Dillan who was closest a twenty.

"You," Sfin said, accent thick, pointing to me, "Do not overstrain yourself." I nodded and gave him a quick hug. He looked at me in surprise before I rushed out, joining the others. I completely forgot about telling Sfin about my headache and by the time I remembered it would be to late.
