1.)

The whole 14 hour long ride I imagined horrible scenarios. Things happening to me worse than Dante could ever possibly imagine. Lee had said this man liked to experiment and I was now in his interests. I expected to be put in a dungeon smelling of urine and feces. I imagined mold on the walls, poisoning the air and an examination table crusted with dried blood from past 'experiments.' When I slept I dreamed of being tortured, while Logan and the rest of the Hunters stood by and watched with blank expressions while I screamed in agony and for help. Then I would wake and we would stop at a truck or rest stop to use the toilet.

The anticipation was what really got to me. I even managed to survive the long trip (I got dreadfully car sick and actually managed to puke on one of my 'kidnappers,' which brightened my day considerably.) But still I waited and waited to be hurt.

But reality surprised me like nothing else can. I was walked across a plain grey, relatively empty parking lot and into an equally plain grey building. I was sat down in a hospital like waiting room where the beefy men left, locking the one, thick and metal door behind them. They didn't even say good-bye.

The walls were light coral blue with rose madder furniture. A fish tank bubbled and buzzed against the wall. Except for that it was silent and the rest of the room was empty. I sat in a chair with my hands on my thighs. I still wore my Hunter garb and my feet were still sockless and now filthy from walking across parking lots and stuff.

I went over to the fish tank and watched the algae eaters and head-and-tail-lights and dragon fish and catfish for awhile, humming to myself. Eventually that got boring so I returned to the rose madder chair, thinking about the novel Rose Madder by Stephen King. A very good book and I loved that color.

I got got lost in my thoughts and soon fell asleep, again, out of boredom. At least I would be well rested for whatever they did to me.

I woke up not long after to the one heavy door in the room coming open. I yawned widely and stood, stretching, reaching high up. The door came completely open and the men from before entered. For some reason the song Angel by Aerosmith entered my head then. It was strange because that song had absolutely nothing on this situation. But oh well.

The men came to my sides and I looked at them curiosly, "Okay, so what's we doin' now boys?"

Both remained stoic, neither answering. "Well, I think I know how to break your impassiveness." I said and my hand went up to the waistband of my Hunter pants. I had to pee.

But then another figure showed up at the threshold of the door and any thought I may have had dissapeared in a flash, because the man who stood at the doorway, with the smug look on his face, and the little box in his hand, was Dante.

3.)

Logan stared at his music player as Angel by Aerosmith played, reminding him to much of Elmira. He didn't understand how it could remind him so much of her when really he hadn't known her for two months.

The song changed to one he was absolutly sure he had never heard before and he frowned. Where had it come from? Logan stood up and went to the walkman. There was only one place it could have come from. El had downloaded it.

A singer started up and Logans brow went up as he realised it was German. The band name said Rammstein when he raised it and the title, Herzeleid. He picked it up and went in search of Sfin. He found him in the library.

Sfin looked up as Logan approached, raising his own brows. "You like Rammstein?" He asked and Logan looked down at the walkman.

"You know this? El put it on here." A shadow came over Sfins features at Logans response.
