After 7 months:
Jimin had now become a famous singer and had worked tirelessly to achieve success. His hard work had paid off, as he gained immense popularity and love from his fans, with his songs like; ‘Serendipity, Filter, Lie, Friends, Vibe, Set Me Free Pt.2, Like Crazy, and Letters’.
Jimin had become a renowned artist in the industry. Consequently, many songwriters desperately wanted to sign him, but Jimin didn't have time to consider their offers. To manage his growing career, Taehyung, who had previously managed Jessi, became Jimin's manager.
Despite the changes in his life, the one thing that remained constant was Taehyung's unwavering friendship. Ever since they had become close, they had supported each other through thick and thin.
One day, Jimin and Taehyung were goofing around, pretending a Grammy announcement, as Taehyung exclaimed, “And the Grammy goes to Park Jimin... Yeah!”
“Stop!” Jimin giggled at Taehyung's enthusiasm, playfully interrupting Taehyung's imaginary announcement.
“Believe me, Jimin! That day isn't far when this announcement will be real. You'll be receiving a Grammy on stage, and I'll be there, crying and screaming your name,” Taehyung replied with unwavering faith in Jimin's talent.
Jimin couldn't help but smile at his best friend's unwavering support. However, as he stared at Taehyung, he began to notice his attractive features previously unnoticed. Today, Taehyung seemed oddly handsome to Jimin. He found himself captivated by Taehyung's face, particularly by the scattering of moles sprinkled across his face.
Caught off guard by Jimin's intense gaze, Taehyung waved his hand in front of him, snapping Jimin out of his trance. Jimin coughed awkwardly, trying to regain his composure.
“Ahem... Do you want to watch a movie?” Jimin asked, attempting to divert their attention.
“Yeah, sure,” Taehyung replied, oblivious to Jimin's internal struggle.
“Okay, I'll set it up,” Jimin said, hastily retreating to the lounge. Taehyung shrugged, unaware of the emotions swirling within Jimin.
Little did he know that his best friend's feelings were becoming tangled. Jimin had suddenly become aware of a deeper connection to Taehyung, one that transcended their friendship.
As they settled down to watch the movie, Jimin couldn't help but wonder how his budding emotions would shape their relationship and whether they would navigate this uncharted territory together.
Next day:
Jimin and Taehyung strolled through the bustling aisles of the shopping mall, their masks securely in place, ensuring that no one could recognize them. They had a list of necessary items to buy and were determined not to forget anything.
“Jimin, did you check the list? We're not forgetting anything, right?” Taehyung asked, glancing at Jimin with a hint of concern.
“Don't worry, Tae. I've got it all under control. We won't miss a thing,” Jimin smiled reassuringly.
As they made their way to the next shop, fate had something unexpected in store for them. Jungkook happened to be at the mall as well. Although they were all masked up, Jungkook instantly recognized them. A spark of jealousy ignited within his heart as he watched Jimin and Taehyung laughing and goofing around, resembling a picture-perfect couple.
Unable to bear the sight any longer, Jungkook abruptly left the mall, his heart heavy with a mixture of longing and envy. As he reached his house, he was greeted by Areum, who sensed his frustration.
