**Logan's POV**
"Why do you keep smiling down at your phone?" Skylar randomly asked, popping up out of nowhere and the living hell out of me.
I quickly locked my phone and shoved it into my back pocket, not wanting Skylar to see the mushy texts between Michael and I. "It's nothing."
"Yeah, 'nothing' my ass!" She scoffed. "Are you texting Michael again?" Skylar teased, pinching my cheek. I blushed profusely, shoving Skylar's hand off my face, before getting up from the couch and walking into the kitchen. I opened the fridge and grabbed the milk carton, tipping the container up and letting the the last bit of liquid fall into my mouth. Ever since Skylar and I became friends I pretty much made myself at home every time I was over, which was almost every other day. Her home was basically my second home. "Did you really drink the rest of the milk?"
I shut the fridge door, a smirk forming on my face, "Maybe."
"You're a terrible person!" She laughed, lazily walking to the chair on the other side of the counter and resting her chin on her hand. "So, how are you?"
Taken back by Skylar's question, I gave her a confused look. "I'm not sure what you mean?"
Skylar switched hands and was now resting her chin on her other hand, looking intently at me. "You know, how are you with all of this? Being away from Michael and everything."
"Oh, um, okay I guess. There's not much I can do about this whole thing so.." I shrugged, my eyes glancing at the wall behind Skylar then focusing back on her. "I miss him, if that's what you're asking."
"Aww Logan, come here." Skylar rose from her chair, making her way towards me and opening her arms, which I willingly stepped into, and wrapped them around me.
"Good thing there's Skype!" I laughed halfheartedly, letting go of Skylar.
"Yeah but that's not the same and if you-"
"Sky, I'm fine, honestly." I smiled, reassuring her that I was okay. "It's not like he's dead or anything."
"I know but you just seem a little down lately and I just wanted to make sure that you're doing okay. I'm always here if you wanna cry or anything." Skylar chuckled lightly to lighten up the mood.
"I don't want to cry though." I replied, walking back to the fridge to grab yogurt.
"Will you stop eating everything that's in my house!" Skylar exclaimed, playfully rolling her eyes at me.
I turned on my heels, shooting her an exaggerated frown, "It's my comfort food, leave me alone."
"Logan," Skylar frowned, giving me a sympathetic look and pulling me back into a hug. "Let's go watch Spider-Man and I'll order pizza or something alright?"
I nodded, smiling a bit at the fact that she would sit through my favorite movie for the millionth time just to make me feel a little better. Skylar unlocked her phone, dialing our favorite pizza place and gesturing me to get the living room all set up. I threw most of the pillows off of the couch and walked into Skylar's room, grabbing a big blanket and my cuddle buddy that Michael had bought me just before we went out separate ways. Once I got comfortable enough to actually turn on the TV, the film already in the dvd player, my phone vibrated for the hundredth time in the last ten minutes. Unlocking my phone, I read through the many messages that Michael had sent me.
Michael: you're so mean to me :( why do I even like you
Michael: Logan?
Michael: shit I was joking
Michael: I like you a lot okaaayyyy
Michael: why aren't you answering meee
Michael: man, this happened to Ashton one time
