Part 3: Bitter Sweet

My alarm went off. I shut it off and grabbed my phone, I had a text from Ashton and Luke.

Luke:Good Morning! Our driver will be there to get you soon.

Me:Good Morning. Okay I'm getting ready.

Luke:See you soon :)

I then looked at Ashton's text.

Ash:Heyy Sky

Me: Heyy..

Ash: You okay?

Me: No, I'm not ready for you guys to leave..

Ash: Ik it's hard for us too. Your a really cool girl and we are all gonna miss you. Especially Luke.

Me: You guys will be so busy. You'll all forget about me. I'm gonna go back to being just another fan.

Ash: Thats not true we have a surprise for you in a couple days. Luke and Michael planned it. You are more than just a fan to us. You're our friend.

Me: WHAT IS IT!!!???

Ash: You'll find out in a couple days. I g2g. Packing.

I put my phone down and opened my closet. I grabbed my white jean shorts, a blink-182 shirt and my purple vans. I curled my hair and put on eyeliner. I walked into my moms room.

"Mom, the car is going to be here soon to get us," I told her.

"Okay I'm ready. Are you okay?"

"Yeah. This was a great weekend. I can't believe I got a chance to meet my idols. Its a bitter sweet day." I said while smiling.

I ate a piece of cold pizza for breakfast then brushed my teeth. I heard a car horn and looked out the window a limo was here.

"MOM THE CAR IS HERE!"

We walked out side and the driver opened the door. We sat in the car for the somewhat long journey to the Phoenix airport.

My mom looked at me,"are you sure you're okay?"

"Yes I talked to Ashton. The boys are planning a surprise for me."I smiled.

"They've only known you for two days are you sure? I don't want you getting your hopes up." She said concerned

I showed her the text to prove my point. The rest of the car ride was silent. When we finally got their we saw a huge line of screaming girls. I stared at them. How in the hell are we getting in? Then I noticed the security guy from the concert. I think his name was Jim? But I'm not really sure.

"Skylar Rain?" He said looking at me.

"Yes that's me." I showed him the pass from the concert.

"Follow me!" he replied.

I followed him through the crowd of fans. Then I saw Luke he was waiting for me looking around with a look on his face. A look that was like "Is she coming?" His eyes met mine and he instantly smiled. I smiled back at him.

"Sky you made it!" He said hugging me.

"Of course I did." I laughed.

I tried to keep my cool when honestly I was dying inside. I didn't want them to leave. Luke turned to take a couple pictures with fans. My smile instantly changed. Calum looked over at me.

"Sky what's wrong?" He asked concerned.

"I'm sad to see you guys go..." I looked away as a tear ran down my cheek.

"Especially Luke? He hasn't shut up about you. That's literally all we have heard for the past 48 hours." Calum giggled.

I smiled a little.
