Several years had passed since Amaya came to the main village. Years in which she had trained daily and had to prove herself. Years in which Indra had always looked at her with hatred and ignored her. He hadn't even helped her with the ninshu, even though he was the best at it. During these years, Amaya had continued to train secretly, which Hagoromo had noticed. He had noticed how she left the estate at night and only returned at dawn.

Amaya didn't think she was weak at all. However, Indra disagreed and showed her every day. Everyone knew Indra hated weak girls and showed it, no matter what form it took. It was clear to many how admirable this Otsutsuki was. Many girls tried to get his attention and failed every day. He was not interested in what they wanted from him. He had no interest in having anything to do with a girl at all. He would probably never find one who was strong enough to stand next to him.

"You really want to do this?" Indra asked with a small grin on his face as Amaya stood opposite him.

"Yes, I do." she pronounced, narrowing her eyes. Her training should not have been in vain. She had to show how strong she had become here and now. Although, she wasn't sure about him. She remembered that he had received his Sharingan in the forest.

It was the day Ashura was attacked by a wild boar. The fear of losing his little brother had made him feel this emotion in his eyes and awakened this inheritance. Hagoromo had already told her that he must have inherited it from him. It was either the Sharingan or the Byakugan that his brother had received. Only now Indra had received the Sharingan, while Ashura had come away empty-handed.

"Nah, then." Indra spoke and got into his fighting stance. Amaya also crouched slightly and hoped that he wouldn't use his Sharingan. "Then I guess I'll have to show you how weak you are."

Amaya gritted her teeth before her hand tightened its grip on her katana. She had his kind to her and there was no way she was going to let him win. "And I'll show you that you underestimate me!" Amaya said, surprising some of those present.

No one had ever dared to speak to Indra like that before. No one had ever dared to face him like that. What did she think she was doing?

Indra smirked briefly before attacking and running towards her. His katana was raised while Amaya also drew her blade and at that moment, a clinking sound was heard.
