Once Amaya was back in the room, she could already feel the oppressive atmosphere and the loneliness. Although she could feel Hagoromo's chakra, it was still lonely without Indra and Ashura. The latter could always be heard, which was why Amaya missed the noise.
She was also unable to continue training with Indra. It was only thanks to him that she had managed to get her Sharingan under control to some extent. But what would happen if she was here without him and wanted to hurt someone again?
Hagoromo was the only one who could stop her at the moment. But what would happen if he was away? What if he wasn't in the village and she could barely stand it and attacked a resident?
This fear rose up in her as she barricaded herself in her room. She didn't want to hurt anyone, especially not someone who had given her a warm welcome. Her fear became so great that her eyes began to hurt, so she gritted her teeth. She just wanted to get to Indra, whether he looked at her angrily or not.
But Amaya also knew that she couldn't leave this village. The brothers had to solve their task alone, so Amaya couldn't leave either way. "Indra..." she whispered softly into her pillow, her eyes squeezed shut. Several tears flowed out of them, not knowing that these feelings had changed her Sharingan. The loss for the Uchiha was great. Perhaps even greater than the loss of her parents.
Not even then had her Sharingan changed. But knowing how much Amaya loved Indra and that she might never see him again only made the loss greater.
Amaya became so tired from her tears that she fell asleep. She had completely forgotten her pain at that moment, which is why she only realized the extent of it again early in the morning.
Her eyes were cloudy, dark circles were slightly visible around her house. Her eyes should probably be quite red because of the tears.
Her gaze focused on the pillow, which caused her eyes to widen automatically and she got up as quickly as possible to stand in front of the mirror. She didn't care about the circles under her eyes.
Her body froze as she looked at her reflection and into her own eyes. Dried blood could be seen under her eyes and on her cheeks, and her Sharingan had changed into a completely different pattern.
In the place where her three existing tomoe should be, there was a completely different mark. One that was in the many books that Hagoromo had explained to her some time ago.
The Mangekyou Sharingan.
