Amaya stayed in her bed for another day, as she thought it would be better that way. Not to calm the situation, but to be sure that her body was well again.
As soon as Ashura had told her, they rebuilt the training hut, which had been partially destroyed by the battle. She still didn't know exactly what had happened. Hagoromo had only told her that flames had formed around her body and katana. Whether this was a jutsu, he didn't really know himself. It could also just be chakra that looked like flames.
Funnily enough, Indra had visited her after Ashura. It was new for Amaya that he was interested in her. Maybe it was because she could show him how strong she really was. Or maybe he just felt sorry for her.
The following day, Amaya had decided to get out of bed. Her legs carried her to the dining room where everyone was already present. Without saying anything, she sat down and took the chopsticks in her hand to eat. They looked at the girl, which she tried to ignore.
Unfortunately, Indra's eyes were so fixed on her that she could barely stand it, took a sip of her tea and looked at him. "I'm fine."
After those four words, the situation relaxed, which was why Ashura was already starting to grin. "The hut is fully repaired. We can all continue training with peace of mind."
Amaya looked at the boy and thought. Should she continue training at all? If she did, she might lose control again. "I'll pass."
"What?" breathed Ashura in horror. "You don't want to train?"
Amaya nodded and finished her tea, her eyes fixed on her bowl. "Is there a reason for that?" Hagoromo now wanted to know, although he already had an idea. He knew Amaya well enough by now. "It's better this way." said the Uchiha and caught a brief glimpse of Indra, whose eyebrow was raised questioningly.
He couldn't see any fear in her. However, he knew very well that she wanted to avoid something. Avoiding using the Sharingan to hurt someone. "I can handle your freakout." "Huh?" came from Amaya immediately, raising her head.
"You don't want to use your Sharingan again, do you? You don't want to lose control." he clarified immediately. Amaya had no idea how perceptive Indra could be. Although, he had the Sharingan himself and was apparently more comfortable with it. "And if that's the case?"
Indra grinned briefly before drinking from his cup. "If it happens again, I'll be the one to stop you."
Amaya looked at the Otsutsuki in surprise. He wanted to do what? According to Hagoromo, he had to act himself so that Indra wouldn't get hurt. And now Indra was supposed to be able to act himself?
What was he thinking?
