What if Shouta was a Female?

3 years later

Shouta and Toshinori are preparing for Hitoshi's 3rd Birthday. Shouta was decorating while Toshinori cook the food. Shoko came in to help for her nephew and she is gonna be the best aunt she said. Later on, after Shouta and Shoko decorated the whole place, they sat down waiting for Toshinori to finish baking cake.
Shoko got impatient so she went to the kitchen and saw Toshinori still decorating the cake with frosting.
"Why does it take you long to finish?" Shoko asked impatiently. Toshinori stopped and looked at Shoko. He just chuckled at her impatient sister-in-law who crossed her arms around her. Toshinori continued decorating the cake, making a patern to make it perfect.
Shoko stayed quiet, thinking about something. "Hey...Toshinori?" Shoko spoke. Toshinori hummed as he still decorates the cake, not taking an eye out of it. "Uhm...do you have any plans for Shouta's birthday?" Shoko asked, making Toshinori stop his activity. He placed the frosting on the counter and wiped his hand with a handkercheif before making eye contact with Shoko. "I was planning on taking her to a vacation, just her and me...I missed spending time with your sister..." Toshinori answered. Shoko smiled and punched Toshinori's shoulder.
"I will babysit Hitoshi until you return home." Shoko suggested.
Toshinori felt like Shoko was offering a free vacation for them, I mean that's what he wanted.
"A-Are....are you sure? I mean, we can take Hitoshi with-" Toshinori spoke but got cut off by Shoko shushing him.

"Im sure...have fun and spen time with my littke sister...she needs your attention right now." Shoko answered. "Uhm...how can you look like Hitoshi? Purple hair? And purple eye?" Toshinori asked. Shoko laughed out loud as she patted Toshinori's shoulder. "Some children can look more like thir aunts and uncles more than

Later on, All of the guest arrived on the birthday party, Hitoshi was just sitting on the sofa, looking at the visitors entering the house.

"Mommy...why are there people in our house?" Hitoshi asked. Shouta looked at Hitoshi and smiled at him.
"Its your birthday, Toshi...and daddy invited them so you can have someone to company you." Shouta answered. Hitoshi nodded at his mom and continued to looked at the person's entering. There are alot of kids instead of adults inside the house, Hitoshi was like his mom, a quiet, introverted kid. Toshinori tried to make Hitoshi play with the other kids, but still no use. Until, one kid tried to play with him.
"Hi...you must be...Hitoshi...Im Izuku...my mommy is friends with your mom..." The green headed kid spoke. Hitoshi looked at Izuku with a smile, they became close for the whole day, they played heroes and pretending to be their favorite heroes, While their parent talk and laugh. Night time came, All the visitors left the home, Izuku and Hitoshi fell asleep due to tiredness.
"Thank you, again Shou-kun...and Toshinori-san for inviting us...Izuku must be enjoying playing with Hitoshi-chan." Inko spoke as she carried her asleep son. Shouta thanked her and they left. Toshinori closed the door and the lights, carrying Hitoshi to his room.

Toshinori went to their room and closed the door behind him.
Shouta was brushing her hair while she sat on the bed. Toshinori tiredly sat behind Shouta and hugged her.
Shouta stop brushing her hair and smiled. "Tired?" Shouta spoke in a whisper. Toshinori hummed as an answer. The two lay down their bed and cuddled in.

"Hey...Shou?...do you wanna have a vacation on your birthday?" Toshinori asked. Shouta stayed quiet for a moment, then spoke. "What made you think of that?"

"W-Well...me and your sister talked about it earlier, she was looking forward at babysitting Hitoshi for us until we return home. I was just wondering." Toshinori answered. Shouta thought about the rest she can have, and the time she will  spend with Toshinori. "Sure..." Shouta answered before closing her eyes.
