What if Shouta was a Female?

Shouta was now nine months pregnant with Eri, she was waiting to give birth to her daughter. They were now on Tokyo, Japan. They moved there for safety reasons.

Weeks had passed and Shouta was going into labor, there was a snow storm going on so Shouta had to give birth in the house. The place Shouta in their room, Shoko lay Shouta on the bed, the pillow on her head and Shoko guiding her. Toshinori was with them, he was nervous and excited to see his new child. Hitoshi was with his grandma Nasumo outisde the room.

"Calm down, Shou...you can do this. Breathe"

"Im...sorry..I cant relax! It hurts!"

Shoko tried her best to help her sister as long as she gave birth, everything was undercontrol, until someone knocked. Toshinori and Shoko left Shouta to check on the door. When they opened it, a villain attacked them. Shouta heard the screams, so she stood up slowly on the bed, taking the pain.

"Eri...please wait...Aunt and Daddy is in trouble...ngh!"

Shouta stayed on the bed unable to move, while the two fight the villain who attacked. There were six of them, Toshi and Shoko were outnumbered, but they still fought.

Shouta thought that she was gonna give birth alone, without Shoko or Toshinori. Nasumo had no idea that there is a villain. Shouta was about to lie down, when she heard the door opened. Her eyes widened as she saw a man holding a katana, looking at her. She tried to fight but the pain held her back. "Well, if it isnt Eraserhead...didnt know you were gonna give birth...now, this is my chance to kill you!"

Shouta quickly grabbed a pillow and dodged the katana, the pillow getting sliced in half. She handled the pain and went to the cabinet while the man was distracted, she grabbed her capture weapon and used that to tie the man. She erased the quirk quickly before he used it. After she tied the man, she fainted next to the man.

"And, that's five!....wait, where is the sixth man?"

Shoko realized that the last man was missing, Toshinori's eyes widened as he ran upstairs. When he entered, he saw the man tied up, and the capture weapon was on Shouta's arm, who was on the floor, unconscious. Shoko and Toshinori carried Shouta to the bed, but before they can lift her, they heard a baby cry. Toshinori looked on Shouta's hands, and he cried. It was his daughter, the hair was white, eyes are red, the red eyes are like Shouta's eyes when she used her quirk. The white hair was just like Nasumo's hair. Toshinori grabbed the baby and heard it cry. Toshi sobbed as he gazed on his daughter, smilling.

"Hello, Eri.."

"Toshi...."

Shoko cried as she held Shouta on her arms. Toshinori knew what she ment by that crying.

"Shouta...she was....gone!"

Toshinori's happiness faded as he heard the news.
He gave Eri to Shoko and he grabbed  Shouta and cried.

"Shouta....no..."
