I've been wanting to write a new smut one shot for a while now so now i have.

I tried to make it as good as i could and i think it turned out better than the other one so I'm pretty happy with it.

Yes i know, shocker to see me say I actually like how something turned out but whatever.

Shinobu's work was stressful to say the least, it consisted of dealing with often annoying patients that never seemed to just take the medicine she gave them since it often tasted bad, or do their often painful rehabilitation training or even just acting up, no they always seemed to do something annoying no matter who they were. The worst part about patients wasn't necessarily about the patients themselves but it was when she had some free time and she was taking a shower, reading a book or just spending it with you when suddenly there was knocking on her door telling her that she was urgently needed because of some injured people arriving or something to do with someone who wasn't careful enough and now their wound was bleeding again, It seems to happen at least once a week and it was defiantly one of the worst parts of her job.

It consisted of long hours of making cure's that were always either mundanely similar to the point she could make them with her eyes closed or frustratingly difficult weather that be because the ingredients were rare and hard to acquire or it just required a lot of messing around with it and was especially intricate.

Last of all it consisted of long agonizing hours of research which often went into her own time, just hours of reading and writing and figuring stuff out just to make some new cure or a stronger poison. Sure it wasn't as annoying as anything else but it was dreadfully boring and it took up most of her days.

Recently the estate had been particularly busy so you hadn't seen much of Shinobu because when she did come back she just fell asleep no matter how much of an effort she tried to talk with you for a few minutes but you didn't mind, in fact you told her that she should just sleep but she always was insistent that she didn't want to before falling asleep a few minutes later. 

Today was different though, since the estate was already packed with recovering patients all she really needed to do was check on some of them but only a couple people had arrived in the morning injured and they both just had some broken limbs so it wasn't much to do. For the first time this week she was still busy but she could finally catch up with her neglected paperwork that she'd been too busy to do the night before.

Eventually she went to her room, where she found you sitting reading a book

"Your earlier than you have been before, was it not as busy today?" You wondered since you were pretty surprised to see her since It was hours before she'd been getting back recently.

"It wasn't, I actually got to catch up on some paperwork I was meant to have done by now," Shinobu replied as she took off her haorie before carefully hanging it up as she always did when she came in.

"And your not staying to finish it?" Not that you didn't want her to be here, she just usually would stay up later to get it done. 

"No, I'd much rather be here with you. There isn't too much left to finish anyway, I'll just do it tomorrow," She walked over to you, sitting next to you as she took her hairclip out and undid her soft black hair, letting it fall down around her shoulders.

"Alright,"

She put her hand underneath your chin, guiding your head so she could kiss you before she spoke "I'm going to take a bath, then we have all evening," Usually she'd take a shower but she'd decided that today a bath was the best way for her to gather her thoughts and so that's what she went to take.
