                                                               Flame's P.O.V

"So, there's been talk of a dance at the banquet hall," Romano said, blushing a little bit, "if there is, would you want to come with me, and potremmo anche andare pubblico, di noi datazione, se sei pronto?" (We could also go public, about us dating, if you're ready?)

"Sì, mi piacerebbe." I happily replied in Italian (Yes, I'd love to,).

"Really?" he asked, his eye's lighting up like a Christmas tree.

"Si." I nodded (Yes).

"Hi, Flame." Victoria, Romano's twin sister, cheerfully said.

"Hello Victoria, how are you?" I asked shyly waving, she's the only one who knows about Romano and me.

"Good, I heard that my brother asked you to the town's dance, so do you want to go shopping for our outfits for the dance?" she requested.

"Um, sure, I guess," I replied, I'm not all that big on shopping.

"OK, good, let's go now, to beat the traffic at the stores." she giddily said.

We went to about twenty-five stores.

Victoria already found her outfit it was a beautiful silky black made costume, with a small white apron tied around the waist and black ankle boots with a two and a half inch heels. As for me, I'm still looking.

"Are you sure I can't just make one? That would make it a lot easier," I told Victoria.

"No, you can't, not unless you do not find something here in this store then you can," Victoria mumbled.

"How about this one?" Victoria asked holding up a plain short black sleeveless dress.

"Too short and too plain," I murmured looking through a different rack.

"Wow, you're difficult." she grumbled in a voice that was barely audible.

I'm surprised I heard it, it's almost like my senses have been getting better.

"I heard that you know," I said.

Her face went into utter confusion and panic. "What?!"

"I heard what you said, and you're right, I am very difficult." I smiled.

I got three things of cloth to make a dress, one is black lace cloth, and another is a special type of silky black cloth and a special type of blood red cloth.

"So what type of outfit are we going to make?" Victoria question me.

I just smiled deviously at her and she gave me a confused and scared look. I laughed.

                                                                          Victoria's P.O.V.

After putting the stuff in Flames room we went out to the forest to walk around and clear our minds off things. Flame gasped and looked terrified of something behind me, I went to look behind me to see what was behind me but she stopped me.

"Do not move." Flame slowly whispered.

Flame slowly pulled something small and silver from her boot, then threw it. The silver thing wised past my head when she threw it. It hit something, or someone, with an 'oomph' sound.

I turned around and saw a person with a loaded shotgun that is ready to shoot on the ground with a little dagger in his chest and blood pooling around him, I gasped. Flame sighed, walked over and pulled a dagger out of his heart.

The dagger shrunk and she put it back in her boot than kicked the guy in the stomach, and he grunted in return before going back to being silent, and his chest stopped moving and heaving for air.

Flame then took the gun pulled the bullets out of it then destroyed it with rocks.

"Sorry, Victoria. Did I hurt you? Did the dagger touch you?" Flame asked worriedly.

"N-no." I stammered before regaining my senses, "Why do you have a dagger in your boot?"

"Umm," she played with her long black and red hair before mumbling, "actually, two dagger's in my boot's, I got them on my fifteenth birthday, so I could protect myself from whenever the person that killed my parents and my twin brothers, and twin sister, or any his men come back for me. The daggers can shrink and grow, also when their blood on them, they can shoot poison out of the tips."

"Does Romano know about them?" I asked.

"Sort of, he knows I have the daggers but he doesn't know that I hide them in my boots, please you can't tell anyone about them." she begged.

"I won't, I promise," I vowed.

"Thank you so much." Flame proclaimed.

I am unable to get Flame throwing the shiny little dagger with amazing aim permanently wounding the gunned man, if not killing him. And how it whizzed past me, barely missing me by a hair.

I can't help but wonder, who he was. Flame said something about the person who killed her parents having 'men', meaning he, or she, has people working for them.

Flame is way more mysteries and confusing than I thought she was going to be.

Well, being my brother's mate she obviously has to be at least a little bit confusing, which she certainly is Romano's soulmate, there is absolutely no doubt about that. Not one tiny little bit of doubt about it.

                                                     Flame's P.O.V.

"Ha!" I exclaimed lifting up the knee length red dress, with a silky black ribbon-like thing tied around the waist, and the shoulder part is also the silky black thing, in the back and the shoulder part is tied into a bow, and the back is also corset-like the way it is tied.

"Oh, wow, that's really pretty." Victoria gushed as she came in the room with Ashley on her left hip.

When I turn eighteen I'm going to officially become Ashly's guardian. I can't wait for that day to come.

"Pretty! Where are you going to were that Flamy?" Ashley gasped in her adorable six-year-old voice.

"To a dance, baby-girl," I replied

"I smell an accessory shopping time!" Victoria squealed.

"Fine but Ashley is coming with us," I said sternly with the corners if my lips twitching and fighting to form into a smile.

"OK, when should we go?" Victoria asked.

"Whenever works for me," I replied.

"Let's go now then, to get it out of the way before we forget about it" Victoria beamed.

"OK." I laughed, truly smiling.
