                                                                 Flame's P.O.V.

"Flame," my aunt called. "There is mail for you."

"Coming." I shouted back, getting off my bed.

I opened my door and walked down stairs.

"Here you go, Flame." Spring chirped handing my envelope as soon as I got to the bottom of the stairs.

"Thank you, aunt." I said grabbing the snowy white paper that was holding something inside it.

I sat on the bottom steps and looked for an address on the envelope. Strange, there is no address.

Dear Flame,

Meet me at the edge of the park tomorrow in the evening if you can please. Don't be afraid to bring your mate along with you, he seems nice.

When the sun starts to droop behind the hills and the moon starts too rise and show her blue flowing veil of light.

Your protector,

Lovell, or as you once called me,

Goldie

Goldie, my protector? What about the other two wolves that were almost always with him? How was he able to write this? He's a wolf. Or is he some type of a supernatural creature?

Three large creatures slowly came up to us, us meaning Romano and I. The one was black, another was a dark golden and the last one was a dark reddish-brown. They were slightly glowing in a fire-like color, almost as if they were on fire.

"Goldie," I whispered as soon as the front one got within arm's length from me.

I smiled, running my fingers through his fiery fur.

He happily barked in reply, liking my cheek before it stepped back and started to morph into something.

When he stopped shifting he was standing on his back leg's and was a human.

He was tall and had olive skin. He had black hair that seemed to have a blue twinge to it, his eyes were a golden color with red specks in them.

"You're Lovell, aren't you?" I asked the person in front of me.

"Yes, milady, I am." He replied, bowing.

"Who are they?" I gestured to the two other creatures that are now humans.

"Corby," he pointed to the one with coppery hair. "And Daray."

"What are all of you?" I questioned.

"Your protector's." dray answered with a looney smile on his face.

I cocked my head to the side.

"We're hellhound, your highness," Lovell said. "We are hellhounds."

"W-what?" I stuttered.

He laughed at my reply. "A hellhound, my princess."

"Why do you keep on calling me that?" I demanded.

He tilted his head with a questioning look in his eyes.

"I'm not royal, nor am I a princess!" I exclaimed.

"You are one in fact." He smiled.

"No, I'm a monster," I whispered, shaking my head.

I smiled, before I lunged, and hugged him.

"By the way," I mumbled into his chest. "I'm still going to call you Goldie."

"I wouldn't have it any other way." He laughed, hugging me back.

"Aww," Daray pouted. "Can we get hugs too?"

I laughed, hugging them as well.
