"Hold him!" Barry ordered.
Felicity, Diggle, and Bailey listened to him, holding Oliver down.
"He's not gonna make it," Diggle said, checking his pulse.
"He will," Felicity said, anxiously.
"We just have to find out what's in his system," Bailey added.
"I-I-I-I usually only work on dead people," Barry stuttered.
"Barry!" Felicity and Bailey cried.
Barry looked at her for a second, before jumping into action.
"Alright. I can think of four possible diagnoses for what's causing his body to react this way," Barry said, as he hurried around Diggle to grab a thin flashlight. He pulled open one of Oliver's eyelids, examining them for a second. "Make that three possible diagnoses." He went to check the pulse on Oliver's wrist. "Two." He looked up and looked around for a moment before he saw what he needed. "Hey, start chest compressions." He pointed at Oliver's chest, and Diggle started chest compressions, as Bailey and Felicity continued to hold Oliver down. Barry ran back over, with a needle. "Hey, let me get to his arm." Diggle let Barry pull Oliver's arm toward him, as he kept going with the chest compressions. Barry pulled out a tiny bit of Oliver's blood, looking at it in the syringe. Bailey looked at the needle and immediately knew what was happening.
"Got it," the twins said in unison.
"He's suffering from intravenous coagulation," Barry informed.
"What?" Felicity blurted.
