Doctor Jennings reached for her recorder and pressed the button on it. "Another session with Sidney Grey." she said to the recorder. "I'm starting to get weird vibes some this woman..." Dr. Jennings looked back at Sidney Grey. "Can you tell me more about Cynthia? What made you kill her?"
Sidney looked at her cuffed hands. "She was a worm. Next question."
Doctor Jennings looked down, sighing. "Sidney thats not an answer." Doctor Jennings got out Cynthia Lorris's file, looking through it. "Plus, I feel like theres a hidden reason on why you killed her. Can you tell me about your childhood?
Sidney sighed as she leaned back on the chair, crossing her legs. "My mother was a boss of a not so well known street gang. When I was ten the gang turned on her and reported her to the police where she was taken to Arkham Asylum."
"Then you were taken to an orphanage?"
Sidney gave Dr. Jennings a disgusted look. "God no." Sidney leaned in closer to the doctor. "I took care of myself. Stole food, went to school. It was a good thing I knew how she signed papers."
"Basically you just lived through school."
Sidney nodded.
"What about your father?" Doctor Jennings wrote something down in her notes.
"Dead."
Doctor Jennings looked up from her notepad. "Mind telling me how?" she asked while adjusting her glasses.
Sidney sighed as she again leaned back on the chair, this time she put her feet up on the arm rest of the chair as she laid her head on the other arm rest. "My father, Ryan Grey, was part of my mother's gang. He was the first to rebel against her. So he raped her and then tried to kill her. Good thing my mother knew how to use a knife."
Doctor Jennings stared at Sidney, horrified at what she said. "Did your mother treat you badly because you reminded her of the rape?"
Sidney shook her head. "Nope." she stood up straight again. "She only kept the last name Grey on me because she wanted to remember to trust nobody. I was still her greatest accomplishment."
Doctor Jennings looked over her notes, confused. "I still don't get the point of why you killed her. She seems like the perfect mother, aside from the street gang."
Sidney looked at Doctor Jennings with a smirk. "I told you." Sidney started to chuckle sinisterly. "She was a worm."
..........
"So its a deal?" Sidney asked as she leaned against the chair, crossing her legs. The short fat man across from her scanned her carefully, looking at her impressive bio suit. He then carefully then scanned a news paper article. He looked back at Sidney, who was smirking at him.
"Have you ever stolen something before?" the man asked, putting the article on the table. Sidney glanced at the article then nodded. The man leaned back at his chair, putting his hand on his chin, thinking about it.
"Name your price."
Sidney thought about it for a moment. "Nothing." She smiled. "Free service, and the crime won't be traced back to you. Seems like a good deal to me." Sidney stood up from her chair and walked over to the man, extending her hand out. "Deal?"
The man looked at Sidney as she stood up. He smirked at her as he shook her hand. "Alright then. Deal."
Sidney smiled as she let go of his hand and started to exit. "You won't regret it, Cobblepot." Sidney opened the door to the exit of the Iceberg Lounge. She then got on her motorcycle and started to ride to the museum. Researches have found a rare cullinan diamond. The diamond was about 4 inches long, 2 inches wide and more than 2.5 inches high. The price for that diamond would be at least 400 million. Thats right, at least.
Sidney Grey started to make her way to the museum, where the diamond was being kept. She parked her motorcycle across the street from it. She then grappled on to a roof top and went through the museum. The museum was unusually quiet. The guards were knocked out and going to where the diamond was being kept was easy. Way too easy. As Sidney entered looked at the diamond in its glass casing, there was somebody, whose back was turned to her, cutting through the glass in a circle. It was a female wearing a black cat suit. Sidney knew exactly who that somebody was.
Sidney took out her gun and pointed it at Catwoman. "Paws off kitty cat." she said, narrowing her eyes at Catwoman.
Catwoman turned around, looking at Sidney, studing her. "Who are you suppose to be?" She said as she grabbed her whip and started to swing it at Sidney's gun.
Sidney quickly reacted by grabbing the whip with her free hand, pulling Catwoman towards her and hitting her in the face with her gun. Catwoman stumbled to the left, then Sidney kicked her right in the back, making her fall to the ground. "That will remain a Mystery." Sidney smirked as she walked over Catwoman to go look at the diamond. The glass has already been cut in a circle, all Sidney needed to do was get the diamond out. Sidney grabbed the diamond and put it in her bag. She started to head back out when suddenly, she felt a cold chill behind her. As she turned around, she noticed that a piece of the wall turned into a solid block of ice. Suddenly, the wall fell over, and a tall man with a glass helmet, a cryo-suit and a freeze gun in his right hand was revealed behind it. He walked over to Sidney, pointing his freeze gun at her.
"I'll give you a choice, hand me the diamond and you won't get turned into an ice cube."
