Chapter 22 - Night Changes

POV Lorena

"erm..." I started.

Louis, Harry and Gemma looked at me shocked and kind of interested what I am going to tell Zayn.

Shall I tell him that we have two sons together? Will he be mad at me than because I've hidden them from him a half a year?

Or shall I just live like I am living now. So he will stay clueless?

I really didn't know what to say!

"yes...I---I was pregnant." Cara said.

what? I gave her a why-are-you-doing-this look.
she only showed me her thumb up.

what did she plan?!

"I got pregnant by an ass but I left him long time ago so Lorena was always with me and helped me." Cara said.

"but you didn't look pregnant when I saw you in the Underground?" Zayn said to Cara.

Oh damn!

"Yes that's right! You weren't the pregnant girl, it was her." Waliyha said and pointed at me.

Really girl?

"Seriously?" Zayn said. But this time to question was directed to me.

Why does he even want to know??

"I----." I didn't came further because my phone rang.

"I have to pick this phone call up sorry, be right back." I said and was really glad that I could escape.

When I was in another room I saw on the display that Vanessa is ringing me.

"yes Hello?" I said.

"Lor, it's you?" Vanessa said.

"erm yes obviously?" I was confused.

"Did something happen?" as she didn't reply me...I got worried.

"no. They are fine. But they don't want to sleep!" Vanessa said with a lachrymose voice.

"ahh good." I thought.

"that's not good!!!" Vanessa yelled.

Did I just say this out loud?

"No. It's not good. I just thought that something happened. Sorry Van. But just put my iPod in their room on. There is a song, and when they here this song they always fall asleep. Just play this track and they will be calm and when they won't just let me know again okay?"

"Okay. Thank you. Well let me find your iPod before you hang up." I heard some noises in the background, I heard also they cry of my boys. now I felt bad. I don't want to stay at the concert anymore.

"Alright I got it." Vanessa interrupted my thoughts.

"Great, so I can hang up now? oh and I will pick them up soon."

"yes and what the hell! Night Changes? really Lor???"

"it's the only song which is working!"

"okay okay."

"thanks. bye Van."

"bye lor."

"Hey, are you ok?" Gemma asked me. She came to the room I went when I talked to Vanessa about 2 minutes after we ended the call.

"I guess so." I replied her.

"C'mon the Boys already left to gi on stage. We should go now too."

"yes....let's go."

The concert was amazing as always. I just didn't like that Zayn was looking the whole time at me.

We were now on our way home. Well Cara and I were. I didn't want to stay any longer to see Zayn again. Gemma promised me that she will explain it to Harry.

So actually we weren't on our way home because I wanted to pick Javadd and Zain up first.

when we arrived at Vanessa's and Kevin's shared appartment, they looked really tired.

"Omg Lorena! I'm so glad you are here! I love them but they are little evils!" Kevin said

I needed to laugh. They had them for about 7 hours? wow

Whatever. Now I was here to get them back.

Cara helped me to put them in their baby seats. We had to be careful as I didn't want to wake them up.

"The music is actually creepy Lor." Vanessa said before Cara and I left.

"Why you mean?"

"When I played the track, they went straight away calm when Zayn sang." Vanessa said in disbelieve.

"hmm yes I know. I think it's strange too, as they never heard his voice before but as long as it works, I'll play this song."

"yes you are right Lor. Well see you and have a save care-ride home." Vanessa said and hugged me.

"Thank you two that you took care of them tonight."

"It's fine, but I'm glad you take them now with you." Kevin replied me and hugged me than too.

Cara and I both said "bye" and left.

The night was long and hard. Zayn and Javadd woke me up about 7 times.

It's now 9am and I'm still tired. The Boys are in their playpen whilst Cara and I are lying on our sofa. To exhausted to do everything.

Suddenly the door bells rang.

"Do you expect someone?" Cara asked me.

"No... you?"

"Neither do I."

"It might be Gemma or Harry. I'll go and see." I said and made my way to the door.

When I opened the door, I was shocked.

I expected to see a familiar Styles face...but instead there was a Malik one.

"Zayn?" I asked him even thought it was him for 100%. I just hoped that I'm dreaming! what a nightmare!

"yes. can I come in? we need to talk." He replied and his voice was kind of mad.
