"cheated? Who?" we both turn simultaneously to see taehyung is standing there with his hand tucked in pocket, a confusion flashes in my eyes seeing him wearing a three-piece navy blue suit and as if he knew what I'm thinking he subtly look down at himself to check.

"Cheated, no who cheated here--we didn't know, do we know anyone, unnie some-one cheated." I sighed silently at the stuttering of chaeyoung.

If this time anyone could read my mind they would know how badly I wanted to murder this little chipmunk for making it more obvious.

Taehyung raised his one brows, eyes solely fixed on me. And I just couldn't control the fast thumping of my heartbeat under the influence of his gaze.

"It was unnie's rival team head who cheated her by copying her sketches." a relief settle in me when Jennie comes forward to rescue me like she always does.

Taehyung snapped his head towards Jennie, understanding what she said I saw him contemplating before replying in such a way that makes my ear perked up "I will take care of that problem."

My eyes squinted as I couldn't think of any reason why he said it and found myself defending "It shouldn't concerning you knowing it's my problem not yours."

These words escape from my lips and a pin drop silence surrounded the living area as his jaw tightened and sharp icy glare was thrown at me. I admit he somehow managed to scare me, I felt my hands turning cold.

None of us dare to spoke once we witnessed his fist tightly clenched revealing the white knuckles in display. He is acting like a bipolar patient which I have no capabilities to understand sometimes he will show me my mere presence is nothing but a fog and sometimes his gentleness almost gave me a second opinion.

"Thank God atleast oppa doesn't know that fucktard Suho cheated on unnie." My gaze didn't retreat back from his untill I heard lisa mumbled a bit louder. I glared at lisa and pursed my lips thinned.

Please tell me taehyung you haven't heard her.

Shifting my gaze to him I held his stare deliberately hoping for what lili just says, he hadn't heard.

Meanwhile lisa shut her mouth instantly once that girl realised she almost gave a chance to taehyung to make a fun of me.

I coughed masking the growing tension in between us, he didn't responded and it gave me a reason to think that the ticket of taunting me is not received by him otherwise taehyung wouldn't have been silent. Seeing him checking his watch I assume he is in hurry.

Wait..

Something is wrong why he is clad in suit, before I can stop my mouth from blurting I saw him halted on his pace.

"Where are you going?"

His eyebrows furrowed at me in confusion. "Office?"

"You working? seriously I thought you were just joking." I am really suprised to know this fact about him.

"Jisoo unnie, Oppa is CEO of multinational company." the excitement in lisa's voice less irked me than this new piece of information.

"I didn't know that." I acknowledge and barely murmur.

"You just didn't wanted to." The harshness of his words churned something in my belly, the emotions in these words gave me some kind of possibilities that blooms in the corner of my heart which is unacceptable.

"Yeah, you are busy with your so called e-- umm boyfriend that you have no idea of what's going in our life." My head snapped behind, shockingly this time jennie attacked me, it does broke my heart and I don't blame her because that's what I deserve.
